Experience a relaxing stay in our new Miami studio, featuring a cozy sofa, equipped kitchen, private bath, and a lovely patio with nest chairs. Located just north of Coral Gables and blocks from Calle Ocho, you'll enjoy the vibrant local culture and the best café Cubano in town! Please note: A $200 refundable security deposit is required for post-surgery stays, and a cleaning fee applies for stays of 14 days or longer. The studio has all you need to spend some time in beautiful Miami. Centrally located 4 blocks from the famous Calle Ocho and the best of Coral Gables! Just 5 minutes from Miami International Airport, 15 from South Beach and Coconut Grove. There is a private entrance separate from the main house. Enjoy a comfy king-size bed, bath, and fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart TV for you to enjoy your own favorite subscriptions. We have no cable. Parking is on the grass, right in front of the RED planter. Door code provided in the welcoming message. The laundry is complimentary, it is right outside the studio. Just bring your favorite detergent. There is no access to the main house pool. Guests have access to a shared patio with another studio, as shown in the pictures. We will always be available to help you with anything you may need. You can text us. Both of our cellphones will be revealed once the reservation is complete. If we are unavailable, we will leave someone we trust that will be happy to help you. This area is really safe and quiet and you can walk everywhere: for just 10 minutes to get to the supermarket and next door drink the best coffee and pastries in Miami, in Cafe Roma. I also love walking under the beautiful trees of Granada Avenue in Coral Gables, or sitting to read and drink a café cubano! You can rent a car from Miami Airport, walk to 8th Street to take a bus. Uber, Lyft and bike rentals around the city are also available and so convenient! This is a large house. We rent the main house, which is in the middle. Then, on the sides of the house, with its independent entrances, we have 2 studios. There are no shared spaces. All the pictures you see in the studio publication are exclusive to the studio.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! It was the perfect amount of space for two people. It’s also in a great location and very cozy/private. I wished they had provided more towels but other than that we really liked it!

Very responsive host

The very small studio is comfortable for two people, has been nicely renovated, and is in a convenient location. We asked to exchange the heavy comforter for a light blanket and the host responded right away. We recommend it.

Hurricanes vs Florida State Baseball Series

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Coral Gables. It is a very large for a studio with a king size bed and a full size couch as well as a kitchen table and a desk. It also features a completely stocked mini-kitchen. It is just as advertised and impeccably clean. This will be our first choice of places to stay for the next Hurricanes baseball visit.

There were issues with checking-in. Although I had messaged they were unaware of my reservation. I arrived soon after 3pm but was unable to get into the space until after 3:30. This is a house that has been reconfigured into several units. There is no access to the pool. When I arrived the kitchen hadn’t been swept, there was a large bug that had died and seeped onto the floor which implied no one had been in the space for a few days b The space is nice but my arrival was not successful.

Cute and cozy studio

This studio suited our needs perfectly as we visited family in Miami. The place was clean, but not immaculate. Bed was comfy. We had everything we needed, but there were no extra “touches” like many hosts leave. My main complaint was the step down in the studio. It’s not at a doorway or room division and is very dangerous. I almost fell a few times during our 2 night stay.

Base camp

We tend to use VRBO’s as a bed and breakfast and be out for the day. This serves that purpose well. Arrival was straight forward with the instructions sent by owner. There was some left over trash from previous use, but not really an issue as the was no smell. This is a rectangular room with a separate bathroom attached. We did bring an extra set of towels after reading another review. Ample closet storage. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were good quality. No indication or issues with fed bugs. Kitchenette is small but functional. Table and couch round it out. We cooked breakfast every morning and ate outside most of the time. It would be nice if a small table was available outside. Host is responsive. Only issue we had was no hot water from the sinks, but the shower did have hot water. Overall, would recommend for use if you do not plan on staying inside for long periods.

Came into town for a conference and found this cute little VRBO. How perfect. Exactly as described and impressively clean. Hosts were so communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was a perfect combination of cute, discreet, and spacious. If I was a perfectionist they'll be nothing with this place to perfect, in fact this place is perfect!! I will book it again I loved my stay it was wonderful.
