Wow! Direct Gulf front condo with new coastal decor. Open the front door and see the Gulf of Mexico right away, turn around and see the Intracoastal Waterway...water, water everywhere. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will not disappoint. The living room has comfy seating with a ceiling fan and a large TV with a DVD player and amazing views of the beach. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony for outdoor living and beautiful sunsets nightly! There is even a ceiling fan on the balcony for added comfort. The Gulf-front master bedroom also has sliding glass doors to the balcony. Wake up to the surf lapping the soft sugary sands of Indian Shores. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a ceiling fan, TV and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite master bathroom has an updated step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 new (Nov 2019) Queen beds in 2nd bedroom with a ceiling fan, TV and view of the Intracoastal Waterway across the street. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, ceiling fan, TV and views of the Intracoastal Waterway. There is a Washer/Dryer in the condo, no need to overpack.FREE secure WiFi in the condo and FREE long distance to U.S. and Canada. The property has lovely green space landscaped with native plants. The pool deck has new (2019) lounge chairs and a number of tables and chairs as well as FREE WiFi at the pool area. There is a large Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and both charcoal and gas grills.
