This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, condo is located in the brand new D'esire building, one of the Romantic Zone's most luxurious buildings, right in the center of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Only blocks away from Los Muertos Beach, Mantamar Beach Club, dozens of delicious restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. There are no hills to climb, a rooftop pool with stunning views, a private balcony, powerful air conditioning, 3 smart TVs, and fast fiber optic wifi internet.

NOTE: There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. However, we provide earplugs and there are noise machines in each suite.

This condo is comfortably decorated and boasts generous amounts of natural air and light. The comfortable furniture, spacious layout, and attention to detail make this place the perfect home away from home.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, pots, pans, and utensils.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second master suite also has a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. Air conditioning and fans are located throughout so you can sleep comfortably. 

COMMON AREAS - D'ESIRE
The common area rooftop provides a sparkling infinity pool, heated year-round—a rare find among Puerto Vallarta condos—along with a relaxing jacuzzi, multiple lounge and seating areas, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. The building features a purification water system throughout all condominium units and common areas, ensuring clean and safe water. Additionally, there is an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the common amenities including the rooftop pool area and gym.

Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment, including 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are available for guest's use.
