After a day of relaxing by the pool, head downtown to the restaurants, breweries, and shopping, OR stay home and enjoy the sunsets along the water!

-A unique waterfront property with stunning views and comfortable outdoor furniture.
-This cozy and comfortable new construction unit with all of the amenities you have at home.
-The kitchen is prepared with all of the items you need for a long term stay.
-Master bedroom has a King bed with USB charging.
-The living room is the ultimate chill zone with a brand new La-z-boy couch with combination air/foam bed if needed
-Dining table & island can be used for work or eating.
-High speed XFinity Internet & Cable TV
-Living Room & Bedroom TV w/ Cable
-There is a nearby elevator and stairs for easily accessible 2nd floor

Another great stay!

Second time we have stayed here, and another amazing visit. Apartment is superb,location ideal for central Sarasota and all nearby beaches, facilities (gym and pool) at complex are excellent. Can’t wait to go again!

Jason was very easy to deal with and always prompt to respond. Booking was easy and check in instructions were detailed and provided in good time. Property was lovely, very clean and spacious. Balcony area is fantastic. Couple of good restaurants in walking distance and a short trip into Downtown area. All in all a fantastic property

Very nice property!

Great location just north or downtown Sarasota. Clean, comfortable condo with a nice balcony overlooking the canal where we saw Manatee, dolphin and various birds and fish. Pool was rarely too crowded and excellent exercise facility. All in all a very nice stay!

Holiday in paradise

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Communication with owner was great and easy to book, happily answered all kinds of questions both before and during stay. Location is ideal for exploring near and far, and the condo itself was superb! Can’t wait to go again!

Relaxing oasis

Stayed in this beautiful condo on the water after recent hurricanes flooded our main house. Jason is a gracious host and was always accommodating. Made us feel like we had a home again. Highly recommend.

Nice condo on the canal

Very nice condo on the canal. Enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony every morning and watching the pelicans catch their breakfast. Condo was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed having the pool and exercise room on site. Loved the city of Sarasota. Would recommend.

Condo was great and centrally located to many great places. A few things in condo need touching up like walls but besides that, everything was great. Pool was nice and it was a peaceful location. 8 minutes to airport too which was super convenient. We would return in the future.

The Strand - A Perfect Stay !

We arrived at the check-in time with easy access to the key box. The unit was spotless with extra keys and fobs to access security gates. The pool was great and quiet and the gym was super. Well appointed and with a great view of the waterway! Looking forward to returning next year .......Many thanks!

Canal View

The condo was magnificent and well located for almost everything in Sarasota! We spent many hours on the lanai watching pelicans feed and manatees swin around the canal. Very secure complex and very well maintained! This was our first sniwbird experience and we couldn't have asked for anything better! The host had the condo well stocked with necessities for your stay and it appears he had thought of almost everything! We were very well pleased with the entire experience! 😀

Really nice....but!

Property amazing, staff extremely helpful - unfortunately they were building right next to our farmhouse which meant we were limited to enjoy the hot tub so spent most the day out. To be fair they didn't start till 9 am and left around half four.

Wonderful!

We stayed at this property for almost a month and couldn’t be happier. The unit had everything we needed and the location is great! My favorite was the balcony. I spend almost every morning sitting in the comfortable patio furniture, drinking my coffee looking out onto the canal and longboat key and looking at the fish jump! Our daughter loved the pool (which is huge)! The location is fantastic. I could walk to the grocery store and Lido is only a short drive away. The complex has plenty of parking and the shaded parking spots were a great perk. The owner was great to deal with and very responsive.

Lovely apartment- Great host!

We had a great stay thanks to Jason. The apartment is a gem . Quiet, serene waterfront location, yet a few minutes from downtown, restaurants, supermarket, Starbucks, walking park, and well secured with gates and remote attendants. The attention to detail was excellent. Like a foil cutter for the wine bottles. Nothing was lacking.. The best may have been the comfortable balcony overlooking the river and the pelicans doing their dives. We shall return for sure.
