Il s'agit d'un appartement d'une chambre de 650 pieds carrés joliment rénové dans une maison historique située dans le quartier convoité et sûr du nord-ouest de Sarasota. L'extérieur est votre porche avant petit mais pittoresque. Votre porte d'entrée mène directement à une cuisine géniale sans four bien équipée. Au-delà, vous apprécierez une décoration tropicale chic, des œuvres d'art originales, un mobilier de qualité, un petit lustre sur un lit queen-size confortable et une salle de bains attenante d'époque. À L'ARRIÈRE EST VOTRE LANAI PRIVÉ, PISCINE CHAUFFÉE, BAIN À CHAUD, DOUCHE EXTÉRIEURE et GRIL. Tous les vêtements en option. Totalement privé et non partagé avec personne.
L'ambiance de cet appartement vous détendra ou vous séduira. Un mode de vie alternatif convivial vous permet d'être totalement loin de votre ville natale. Créez de nouveaux souvenirs. Une courte promenade d'un pâté de maisons vous récompensera avec des couchers de soleil impressionnants dans notre petit parc au bord de l'eau où les voisins locaux et les étudiants se réunissent au coucher du soleil. Vous aurez accès 24h / 24 à votre appartement villa. Sur demande, vous aurez accès aux vélos et aux chaises de plage de la Floride gratuitement. Le nord-ouest de Sarasota est sûr et convivial et c'est vraiment la vieille Floride. La végétation est ancienne et impressionnante. Très tropical. Les maisons sont un mélange éclectique de moderne à plus de 100 ans et modeste à manoir. Il y a trois collèges dans le quartier, un musée de classe de mots, un pub de micro-brasserie et Starbucks est à distance de marche. Downtown Main Street est à 1,5 miles pour d'excellents restaurants, boutiques et vie nocturne sans lutter contre la circulation. Sarasota est principalement une ville dépendante de la voiture. Cependant, l'arrêt de bus public est à deux pâtés de maisons. Les taxis et Uber sont facilement disponibles. L'aéroport SRQ est à dix minutes en voiture.

Le sable blanc de sucre de la plage du Lido (mon préféré) est à 10 minutes en voiture. La célèbre plage de Siesta est à 20 minutes en voiture.

The lanai area was lovely! The hot tub was perfect after a swim in the pool. The house was clean and the amenities were perfect for us. Roy was quick with every response to any question I had. We will definitely stay there the next time we go to Sarasota!

Great for Weekend Stay

Roys place is a cute little get away for a weekend or short stay. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The kitchen is not set up for a longer stay where cooking would be involved and the bathroom is smallish for two but for a weekend getaway it's a great little spot to unwind!

Nice spot!

Great place to stay. Just as advertised. Very accommodating host. Fun patio, pool, and hot tub area. Beautiful, walkable neighborhood. Sunset view over Sarasota Bay right down the block. Quick and easy drive to downtown restaurants, grocery stores, Lido Key Beach, museums, and the airport.

We have stayed on both sides of the property, and you can't go wrong with either one. We loved the very private pool, hot tub, outdoor ambient lighting and the property's excellent location.

Best VRBO ever! It is very private , clean and stocked with everything you need! The location is great in quiet little neighborhood. Roy was responsive and helped whenever we needed him. He even gave me a stamp.

Enjoyed the very private, well equipped casita. Roy was a great and very attentive host right on the property. He even found a place for our bikes. We want to come back but already booked. This is a winner.

Fabulous stay at this lovely bungalow.

We spent 8 wonderful days at Roy’s beautiful home. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The lanai and pool were magical. We spent so much time out there and loved every moment of it. Roy is a wonderful and very thoughtful host. We were fortunate to be able to spend an evening with him. We look forward to a return visit to this special place.

Perfect Getaway

Roy's place was perfect. Just what my husband and I needed for our anniversary getaway. The pool and hot tub were great! We used the pool and outdoor shower every day. Location is a quiet little neighborhood that is convenient to everything. The house is neat and tidy and well kept. The tropical plants around in the back for all the privacy you could want! We stayed the whole week and were very sad to have to leave. 10/10 would absolutely stay again. This place was our own tropical deserted island

Slice of Heaven

Roy’s place is always a nice tropical getaway and Roy is a great host. The pool, hot tub, and walkable neighborhood keep bringing me back. Foodies should know that the kitchen is sparsely supplied (no oven, few spices, few pots and pans, no Saran Wrap etc) so plan on bringing many of your own basics or plan on eating out 😉.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation, including beach chairs! It was conveniently located close to Siesta Key beaches, Armand Circle and the marina. We were about an hour from Tampa airport and Busch Gardens. Roy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! High class all the way ~

I am considered a kind soul with a love of Sarasota who strives to provide you with the best environment to create your new memories. It's your choice if you want absolute privacy, a quick meet and greet, or share some fun time together. A long career in historic preservation and vintage home restoration has given me the passion to personally restore this vintage Sarasota property to share with you. My hope is for you to enjoy yourself in many new ways.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is a gem of a property in safe, friendly Northwest Sarasota. Old Florida neighborhood with large oak trees dripping in Spanish moss, mature tropical landscaping and water access. So close to beaches and the restaurants, night life and theaters of downtown Sarasota yet feels like a private, tropical oasis. Very safe and friendly.
The unofficial slogan in this neighborhood is "wouldn't want to live anywhere else".
