Spacious, upscale, and fully furnished one bedroom condo with additional sofa bed in common area impeccably furnished and in immaculate condition located within a 5-10 minute walk to gorgeous Vanderbilt sandy beach and Delnor State Park. Relax and enjoy the lovely sunset and view of the bay from the balcony. Explore exquisite downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue with its unique shops and many wonderful restaurants.

Minimum rental period one month with a 10% discount (15% discount if rented for 6 weeks) when rented during May through November; $150 HOA application fee added to booking; 12 % county tourist tax and $135 cleaning fee. Early applications are encouraged. Beach paraphernalia and beach cart available inside a private storage room. please review rental agreement, complete form and return asap after booking to avoid occupancy delay

Vanderbilt Beach Getaway

This is a wonderfully well equipped, well located and comfortable condo for a quiet getaway. Walkability is the best, so close to the beach. Manager is very accommodating.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Mannys property. Very clean, close walk or drive to the beach. Manny provided beach supplies that made our beach days that much better. Would recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Naples.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Manny’s condo. He was very helpful and accommodating. We loved the location - just a short, easy walk to the beach!! Very nice pool as well.

Labor day weekend getaway

Hubby and i got away for the Labor Day weekend! Condo was lovely, very well-appointed, clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach which was beautiful and we ate lots of yummy local seafood. Highly recommend this unit!

Enjoyed our vacation

The property manager has extremely helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It's very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and exceptionally the distance to beach. Can't beat it! Would definitely stay there again.

Nice Condo with perfect location

We stayed for two weeks. The Condo has a perfect location to the beach. Good equipped kitchen and enough beach equipment. Manuel is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Vanderbilt condo

This unit is exactly as described and more: spacious, completely stocked with supplies— even flowers and candy! Excellent communication, 8 minute walk to beach (and all beach equipment is supplied). Only reason for 4 stars is construction updating in building.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Mannys condo. It was immaculate! Also beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed. A very short walk to a beauty of a beach. 2 wonderful weeks

We had 2 lovely and wonderful weeks in this condo. The condo is perfectly equipped and there is eveything you need. Just a small way to the beach made it almost better. The communication with the owner was very easy, fast and good. Thats how it should be done everywhere. Thank you very much. 6 Stars!!! We are totaly thinking to coming back.

Beachy condo

Manny is the nicest host and the condo was awesome. The condo was super cute, has a big balcony, perfect for drying towels and bathing suits. There is a laundry room, we did not use it though. There’s also a storage room with all the beach equipment one would need. Wagon, umbrella, chairs etc. Really close to the state park with absolutely gorgeous beaches. The condo also has an elevator and shopping carts so you can haul all your stuff upstairs which is real nice for groceries. We had a blast and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Manny for having us!

Mid Winter getaway

This is a terrific condo! It's spacious, updated, quiet, the bed is comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, it's a 5 minute walk from the beach and the pool is beautiful and refreshing. Best of all, host Manny is super responsive and helpful with restaurant or activity recommendations and making sure the condo has whatever you need. A little storage unit down the hall houses beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, a cooler and a cart to wheel it down to the beach. There's a laundry room on the floor if you need it - and everything is neat and clean. I loved my quiet mornings with coffee on the balcony and evening sunsets on the beach. It was also nice to find little things we didn't need to buy because Manny stocked them: coffee filters (and coffee!), olive oil, salt & pepper, bottled water, paper towels, dish and hand soap, and plenty of TP. We were there to escape the freezing Minnesota winter and it was the perfect getaway. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon. Thanks, Manny!

Great location close to beach

Liked the decor of the condo which was light and airy and had nice touches with cozy pillows and throws. Kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed the snacks that were left for us by the host. The beach is a beautiful and an easy short walk. Beach chairs and beach blanket as well as cart available. We just put the beach chairs on our back. Condo pool is heated and even though it wasn't very warm out the pool was nice and warm. One thing to note is that the condo's first floor is under construction. So there could be extra noise during the day. We did not find it an issue. The only negative we had was that we had to wait for our towels at check-in. Host had forgotten to leave them. It was corrected.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer super Lage

Wir waren von der Gegend und der Anlage sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Ă€lterer Herr. Die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief reibungslos. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wann sollte nur wissen, dass es keine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung gibt. In jedem Stockwerk befindet sich ein separater Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner inkludiert. Auch diese GerĂ€te sind komplikationslos zu bedienen. In circa 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer mit einem schönen Strand. Auch ist der Weg in den Wiggins State Park in circa in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Dieser ist aber bedingt durch den Hurrikan im letzten Jahr nur teilweise funktionell. Große SupermĂ€rkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie GeschĂ€fte, Fitnessstudio und viele LokalitĂ€ten sind maximal in 10 Minuten Autofahrt zu erreichen. Was fĂŒr die USA sehr außergewöhnlich ist. Wirklich kurze Wege und viel Zeitersparnis um den Strand zu genießen.

Hello and Welcome to my condo at 5 Bluebill Ave. Naples at the entrance of Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor State Park. I sincerely appreciate that you have chosen my condo for your stay to land know that you will enjoy it when you visit. If you are traveling by auto, you will enter the code number "0480" to raise the gate arm that allows entrance to the parking area. Just follow the signs to 5 Bluebill. You will also use the same code 0480 to open the sliding glass door into the lobby area of the building. Please take the elevator to the second floor, exit to the left and follow the corridor to unit 208. Along the corridor to the left you will also note the storage rooms . My storage room also numbered 208 contains all the beach equipment including beach chairs, beach umbrellas , blanket and beach cart so you don't have to carry anything. I will try to greet you at the condo but in case I cannot make it the condo and pool keys will be under the welcome mat in front of the condo door. Beach towels are in the unit. Again I want to thank you for choosing my condo for your stay and I look forward to seeing you soon.
