Ce condominium penthouse de deux chambres immaculé, dans la belle ville de Naples, en Floride, est situé à Vanderbilt sur la baie, en face de la plage. C'est à seulement 750 pieds de la plage. Notre condominium est situé prÚs du LaPlaya et du Ritz Carlton de renommée mondiale. Rénové en décembre 2017, les équipements de luxe comprennent des carreaux de céramique, des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et les salles de bain, des appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable et un service Internet haute vitesse sans fil.

Les clients apprécieront les vues magnifiques de cette unité au dernier étage (penthouse) située sur le golfe du Mexique. Il y a des kilomÚtres de plages de sable blanc et des couchers de soleil éblouissants. Vous pouvez admirer le magnifique centre-ville historique de Naples ou profiter des environs de Sanibel, de Marco Island et de Fort Myers Beach.

Perfect Getaway

Our family headed South to escape the South Dakota cold and landed here. Our 3 boys, age range 4-8, loved the heated pool and hot tub. The beach is such a short walk that we did it multiple times a day. The condo has everything. You need for the beach, chairs, cooler, sand toys, towels,volleyball, football,ect. We spent our mornings drinking coffee and working on a puzzle on the lanai. Evenings we used the grills provided by the pool. We hope to visit again some day!

Beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo! It was neat and clean and the view from the 6th floor balcony was amazing! It is located in a quiet area and is just 1 block from the entrance to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (though this park was closed when we were there, due to hurricane damage.) Our host was very responsive to our questions and we had everything we needed in the condo. We highly recommend this unit!

Our favorite place

Love the property and the location. Have stayed there several times. Great view from the lanai and the swimming pool is a wonderful place to relax and meet people from different states. Within walking distance to the beautiful Vanderbilt beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping.

Ideal location

Love this condo. Have stayed there several times and will return. Within walking distance to beautiful Vanderbilt beach. View from the lanai is amazing. Dolphins can be spotted frequently. Within a short driving distance to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect getaway

Love the condo. It's in a perfect location - within walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. From the Lanai you can see dolphins, boaters, & kayakers going by. So peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely return.

Great vacation spit

This was a great place to spend a week with family on vacation. It is a short walk to the beach and within driving distance to any store or restaurant that you want to enjoy. The only downfall was that the pool was broken all week, but of course the beach is close.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful condo with all the amenities in an ideal location & within walking distance to the beach. Lovely views from the screened in lanai. Was able to watch boats heading out to the gulf and dolphins swimming about. Pool availability was a plus as well.

Amazing vacation spot

Nice spacious penthouse condo with amazing balcony view. Place had all needed for short vacation, comfy bed, and beach chair. Location could not be better, right next to amazing beach park.

Quiet and peaceful stay

This property is located within walking distance to the North end of Vanderbilt beach. It was very convenient, since the property has an abundance of parking spaces and we walked to the beach. We lived the views, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere , the cleanliness of the condo,, and also the prompt response from the owner to any of our questions. Lively place, close to everything, but away from the noise . Spectacular and relaxing stay ! Recommend this condo to anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and at the same time, enjoy superb accommodation with all the amenities included .

Amazing location

This vacation spot in perfect seconds to the beach, food, and shops. We spent every morning with a cup of coffee and 3 dolphins that came to visit every morning in the bay. Super clean and the pool was great. Highly recommend!!

Clean, comfortable, & relaxing

Our family two adults and two teens enjoyed our stay at this condo it was pictured as shown, very clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed for the beach which is only a few minutes walk away to gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach, Dustin was great to work with and had good communication. We saw dolphins every day in the marina waterway. The W/D in the condo itself were a great to have and worked well. The public bathrooms available at Vanderbilt Beach were very clean at all times. We are ready to come back!

What a great place to have a rest and relaxation vacation!

This condo is located in a quiet and peaceful community and is located in a very secure building with plenty of parking. It rained almost every day we were there, but we did not care, since we had a marvelous time sitting on the screened balcony enjoying the awesome views! The unit was clean, well-stocked, and was beautifully furnished with very comfortable furniture. It is very close to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, which has a wide white sandy swimming beach, and it was easy to get to downtown Naples and Bonita Springs. I would not hesitate to book this unit again. We have a lovely time!

Very comfortable and relaxing.

We stayed for a week and wish it had been longer. We loved the view of the marina and waterway. Relaxing on the lanai and the short walk to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach was our favorite thing. The condo was sparkling clean and the king bed very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We look forward to a return in the future. Thank You.

Lovely view from a spacious condo, short walk to great beach

This top-floor condo was just what I hoped for! It's a short walk to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, one of the best beaches in Naples. We so enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the view. The condo is comfortable and relaxing and the host was very responsive! I highly recommend this rental!
