This is a two bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Historic Downtown St Augustine. You will be able to walk everywhere! Shops, restaurants, venues and all the tourist attractions are a stroll away!

The Space:
This Apartment has two bedrooms, Upstairs is a Queen Bed, Downstairs is a bedroom with queen bed. The full bath is downstairs too.
You can leave your car in the garage and walk to everything in St Augustine! The shops, restaurants, venues and tourist attractions. Great place to stay and enjoy St Augustine.
The fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need for your visit.
There is an outside area to enjoy a cold beverage after your day.
Stonewall is unique... all three units can be rented. Perfect for weddings!

Mattress's in both bedrooms were horrible. Bugs (centipedes, ants, spiders) throughout and clear there isnt a bug man coming to the house. In addition, with there being only 1 bathroom - you need to have mirrors in the bedrooms for folks to get ready - otherwise your entire group is held up because of there being only 1 mirror to use - in the sole bathroom.

St Augustine Stop

We stopped for 2 nights on our way home from a wedding in Florida. Apartment was great, walking distance to town
stopped at Dog Rose Brewery on the way. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property

This is a beautiful property it is within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The only negavity would be they need new mattresses on the beds.

Excellent location

Our family stayed in St. Augustine for a week and the location was walkable to everything! The condo was beautiful and has the very basics you’ll need for your stay. The condo is newer and doesn’t come with any extra TLC to go the extra mile, but if you’re looking for a safe place with great location, this is it!

Nice place, clean, close to downtown

It was a nice, new place. Very clean, stocked with all the basics you need. Close to downtown, very walkable. It was nice having a garage. There are several chickens and roosters in the neighborhood. The rooster started crowing around 4:30 every morning.

Very clean and beautiful updates

Property manager was a pleasure to deal with and property was clean and beautifully decorated. However, there was a very loud party that kept us up across the street at the Elk lodge until 4:00am. 100% could have been a one off, but it was rough and cops were called at one point. That being said, it was walkable to Flagler campus and town.

This is a beautiful little apartment. It was very clean and the owner responded right away when we had trouble opening the garage. The only thing is, it is not a 1 minute walk to St. Geroge St. It's farther than that. We drove or ubered there. Also, we didn't know that the apartment was on the second floor. We thought that it was downstairs when we saw the pictures. So be prepared to lug your luggage up to the second floor, and again upstairs if you get the upstairs bedroom. Other than that, it's a nice place.

I don’t know where to start. The property is in good condition, but the check in process was horrible , the garage door doesn’t work, the neighbor has to come in and open it, so every time that we went out , we were to get in by the back yard door. Dinnerware was dirty, and there was no blanket or linen for the third bed. Towels were also dirty and the outside garbage cans were full of garbage. The a AC was no properly working, even though we tried to set it up to a more comfortable temperature the air never dropped below 78 degrees. It was no what I expected.

Although the location to St, George St and other attractions was convenient, the surrounding outside and room was a disappointment. 1. The property backs up to homeless community. You could hear them at night and we watched as two girls approached men in the back to purchase drugs. 2. The beds were terrible. The one upstairs must have had a broken frame because you would sink into the mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable. The other bed was no better. Not exactly what you want on a vacation is sleepless nights because of being so uncomfortable. 3. No hot water in the shower. Prepare to take a lukewarm shower.4. Paper thin walls. This place must have been built with paper. You could hear the entire conversation of the neighbors. At one point I had to knock on their door at 3am to tell them to be quite. This happened more than once unfortunately. More sleepless nights. 5. If you want to get ready for a nice dinner, then be prepared to do so blindly. No mirror except for the one hanging 8-9 feet on the wall where you cant see at all. 6. Not only does this property charge you a ridiculous host fee of 300 dollars on top of their other ridiculous service/cleaning fee of 200 I believe, then they expect you to run the dishwasher, take out the trash, strip the beds and so forth!!! Unbelievable to ask of people who pay you a large fee amount and then expect you to clean the unit on your vacation. 7. The code box on the garage on the last day just stopped working. Thank goodness we were able to get the garage to open. 8. The floor in the bathroom was coming up and you would literally sink into the floor. 9. They provide a coffee pot, coffee, but no coffee filters. 10. When trying to call the provided number given for any problems, no one answers. I will not recommend this place nor would I stay here again. Overall, bad experience and I was embarrassed as this was my husbands birt

It is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, but we did have to choose specific streets to avoid some street flooding and homeless persons at night. Having garage parking was a bonus. Keyless entry was convenient although we did have trouble with a garage lock on our final day. The kitchen had just about everything we needed.You must climb an outdoor set of stairs to access the living space (shown in the picture). 1st level=garage/patio, 2nd level=kitchen/bath/bedroom, 3rd level=bedroom. The shared patio area was cute, but we did not use it during our stay.Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Some things that we would recommend: an accessible full length mirror and a broom/dust pan/vacuum to keep up with dirt (it mostly rained during our stay and we kept bringing the outdoors in with us). The management did not respond to my questions via email, but they did promptly answer the phone and provide answers.
