1473 Cedar Village Road - BikeFest 2023 Stay

Great accommodations with a great view of the lake. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife and watercraft going by. Plenty of private parking for all of our vehicles and/or trailers.

Clean, comfortable and friendly!

We had a great stay at the lake house. Everything that we needed was there… and so much more. Nicole had so many extras, even aloe and first aid kits! The view is beautiful and the location is perfect. Nicole was quick to respond if we needed anything. We would definitely return!

Fantastic!

Had a quick bachelor party in the ozarks! House is larger than expected. Super clean and convenient to bars and restaraunts. We had an absolute blast. Highly recommend this home. Nicole is the greatest and responded in a timely manner when er had questions. Will be booking again.

Great location. Looks like remodel work is getting done. Listing said hot tub but didn't have one. No problem with communications. Deck needs work. Overall ok. When finished will be nice.

The owners of this property have asked VRBO to remove this review for violating VRBO's published Content Guideline. Specifically prohibited are content that is misleading, harmful, and offensive, and reviewers are directed not to be dishonest. In the review, the statement that the house is under renovation violates all four of the above prohibitions. The house is not under renovation. To state this is completely dishonest, as well as misleading, harmful, and offensive. There is a large wooden deck on the back of the house that provides outstanding views of the lake. The deck does not need work, and once again to state this is a violation. There has never been a hot tub on the property for the past 25 years, and to review this as an omission once again is not honest. To state that the property "will be nice when finished" makes us wonder whether the reviewer actually stayed at the property to begin with. The property has been completed for many years. All other reviews for this property have never mentioned any of these items. In fact, this property has until now received 5 stars in every review since joining VRBO over 3 years ago.

THE PERFECT GET AWAY

I needed to unwind. I needed to be out in nature. NOT in a hotel. This home was a HOME.We felt so at ease. Then, the best part of our stay was that VIEW! Enjoying morning coffee outside watching the boats go by up high in the trees. The breeze, the ease no stress. The home had everything you need. We literally kicked off our shoes and stayed in a small paradise. I left with 0 stress and I am very happy to return again for another quick get away!

Comfortable & Convenient

I appreciated that this charming lakeside house is conveniently located near the many amenities & restaurants of Osage Beach. The wooded area & lake provide great views from the large deck, which is where we spent a lot of time enjoying nature. It was surprisingly quiet except for the occasional loud speedboat. We even had a little deer come graze close to house while we ate outside. The house was clean & very “homey” & comfortable. The bathrooms were even stocked with personal items that I often forget to pack, like shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, etc. All in all it was a great experience and we look forward to staying at this rental again.

Amazing little hideaway!

We can’t say enough good about our stay. It has AMAZING views, perfectly prepared & such a cozy feel. We stayed there for 4 days & didn’t want to leave! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect House on the Lake

My friends and I booked the home for the Fourth of July weekend and it was a perfect fit for us. The location was perfect, very close to all bars and restaurants. The owners of the home were fantastic and the home is in great shape. I would absolutely stay here again.

Such a great place!

A group of 7 of us chose to stay here for our lake trip and we loved it! The location was absolutely amazing and convenient to many attractions. The price was also good for the value! Would definitely stay here again.
