Our newly-renovated home is the perfect place for you to kick back and relax after a long day at the beach. We're centrally located to the most beautiful beaches along the gulf — just 5 minute drive to the closest one.

The space
Our modern, thoughtfully-designed beach home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with plenty of space for up to 7 guests.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
- Spacious living room includes a 65" Samsung 4K smartTV with Netflix. Board games also available.
- Brand new kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and ample cookware and kitchen tools for you to cook a great meal for your group.
- Workspace also available for those working remotely.

BED & BATH
- Master bedroom: 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed (twin over full)

- Bathroom 1: attached to master bedroom with walk-in shower
- Bathroom 2: full bathroom with bathtub and shower combo

OUTDOOR SPACE
- Outdoor patio set in our expansive backyard with seating for 6
- New 4-burner propane gas grill for you to cook up a meal

EXTRA AMENITIES
- Parking for 2 cars available on the driveway
- Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use
- Each stay comes with a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher packets, and laundry detergent. We also have additional linens and cleaning supplies available.

HOUSE RULES
All guests must follow the house rules as they are enforced at all times.

- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
- No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at the property.
- No pets allowed in the property or a minimum $500 fine will be assessed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the house or a minimum $500 fine will be assessed.y.
- Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. If the property is damaged or dirty in a condition beyond reason, there will be an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. Broken, damaged, or missing items may result in additional charges.
