Perfect for friends and families alike, this fourth-floor villa is the definition of an ideal beach-cation rental! You and your guests can access the beach via the beach path on site - it's just a short walk away. Or you might as well visit the community outdoor pool for a refreshing splash!

Back home, enjoy the privacy of your covered balcony, which offers incredible views of nature and an outdoor dining area. The air-conditioned interior hosts an inviting living area with comfortable sofas, a coffee table with a small and beautiful coastal-themed Tic-Tac-Toe, and a large TV with cable. The gorgeous wooden table has enough space for everyone, and right next to it is a desk with a desk chair and a printer in case someone needs to work or study from home. The full kitchen is a chef's paradise with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a mini wine cooler. There is a washer/dryer off of the kitchen for added convenience.

The bedrooms have TVs and en suite bathrooms. The guest bedroom has access to a small, private balcony.

The owner will not be held liable for any amenities outside the owner's care, custody, or control. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
