Ocean One 504 -Doit Voir !! Condo mis Ă  jour au 5e Ă©tage au bord de la plage

Cette unité ne fait pas face à l'océan, mais n'est qu'à quelques pas de la plage. Les clients séjournant à Ocean One 504 bénéficient d'une vue sur le paysage et n'auront pas à traverser une rue pour rejoindre l'océan Atlantique et ses plages de sable blanc. Condo cÎté océan au 5Úme étage pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. King en BR1, deux reines en BR2 et un canapé-lit de salon. AprÚs des heures de surf, les vacanciers se rincent sous la douche extérieure située sur la plage privée du complexe, puis se baignent dans la piscine en bord de mer. Ocean One a ajouté une toute nouvelle zone de grillades au complexe juste au-delà de la piscine. Ocean One est un ascenseur de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'ßle Hilton Head, Ocean One se trouve à un pùté de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les ùges.
Cette unité a été rénovée en 2016, nouveau plancher, nouvelle cuisine, bains, tous les nouveaux meubles!

Great place for a long weekend stay! Plenty of space, and great sleeping arrangements for my family of 5, (including 3 very tall boys). Excellent location. An easy walk to the beach, and tons of shopping and dining choices within walking distance as well. We would stay here again!

Location in proximity to Coligny Plaza was great for meals and shopping but also meant beach was more crowded. Condo was as expected once a few initial concerns were addressed. The customer service and responsiveness from the property rental company was great - quick and helpful.

Check in was so easy, and we were able to check in early The property was fabulous. Well taken care of. The pool always clean and plenty of room. The area was really hopping with music and families. Our villa was beautiful. Loved the decor. We willcome back.

The floors were dirty. It was advertised as “ beach front “ but it was a parking lot view. Very very misleading. I am a judge you need to change that . You need a smart TV in the master bedroom and a larger TV in the second bedroom. 24” in today’s society is not big enough. Everything else was ok

Great location

Our stay was great - the only reason I gave cleanliness three stars was because the property was under construction and the surrounding area was messy but our unit was clean!! It is also right next door to the Tiki bar and there were some amazing bands playing every day - we could sit out by the pool and hear the live music which was great!

Great little getaway

Just looking for a quick last minute long weekend trip. This property popped up. Perfect location, especially with teenagers. Next to Colligney shopping and lots of restaurants. Very active beach scene for the teenagers, but still family friendly. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I could ask for. Perfect.

Good property

We enjoyed our 3 day stay and the property was very much as listed; no surprises. The pool and beach access was better than we expected! There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed and we advised the rental company of each one. Hopefully they will jump on it

Beautiful Beach location

This was just one of 3 units we rented in the property for a family vacation of 15. This unit was more updated than the other units. My only wish for this one was a ceiling fan or at least a portable fan. It’s a 5th floor unit and the balcony faces the parking lot, but the price reflected that. The Beach and pool were awesome!

A warning to families - it is directly next to the Tiki Hut bar which has live music which we could hear from some rooms, but it did not seem to bother my 10 month old daughter in the front bedroom and music stopped early in the evening.

The bike paths are easy to navigate and biking on the beach was enjoyable until we had to bike into a 25 mph headwind! The condo was stocked well and the grounds were well kept as was the pool. Love the amount of marshes surrounding the back side of the island. Enjoyed visiting Dauguskie Island as well. We’ll be back.

Not bad but not great

The location of the property and communication were excellent. Easy check in, plenty of parking, and right on the beach and beneath the pool. Also, right next to coligny and didn’t have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to. However, the condo is in need of some upgrades. We were greeted with a really musty smell when we arrived and it never really went away. Couch is super worn and could be replaced. Pillows were paper thin and felt too used. I believe due to this and more that this was priced the way it was. Overall, not bad, but not tremendous.

Left behind 2 items in condo, never recovered

We had a great experience and condo was very nice. However, we accidentally left behind a necklace and cooler in condo after checkout. I called to report and the cleaners never turned it in. So I was unable to recover my cooler and necklace.
