A/C did not work properly the first evening resulting in an uncomfortable, humid night. We were told after management came that it would cool down in a couple of days; it did not. The next night it was better. We only had one washcloth and towel each for a three night stay. Basic toiletries included only body and hand soap
no shampoo. No detergent for washing machine either. Bare bones amenities!

I just wish there was an option to leave (6) STARS!!!!!!!! The hostess Alexis was nothing short of AMAZING once again! My second time staying intentionally! This beautiful unit has everything I needed and more! Very well stocked, clean and exactly like the photos!!! To be in such close proximity to everything I needed made this location ñ win- win for me still being new to the city! The hostess Alexis, went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, reassured me if I needed anything I didn’t see in the unit, she was just a message away which might I say
. Her response time to reply back was less than a minute- I'm so not kidding :) )The last thing I will say that is definitely worth mentioning- I was highly impressed with the detailed play by play informative link Alexis sent post booking that ensured very last detail from how to enter the unit all the way to a list of nearby public transportation routes to help navigate me around the city! I am pretty certain, you won’t find another host/ hostess like Alexis, that was as engaged and intentional about providing top- notch hospitality here in the DC area specifically! This stay far exceeded my expectations for the second time! Exceptional in every way!

.. hands down!I don’t even know where to start, but I know I wasn’t ready to leave this beautiful, spacious, comfortable, convenient, clean and well stocked rental Alexis hosted for both my daughter and I! Having relocated from California to the DC area to move my daughter into college was by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, however staying in Alexis’s rental for those few days leading up to move-in day could not have been more perfect!! Before my daughter and I even set foot in this beautifully landscaped property, Alexis was very accommodating allowing us to drop off our personal belongings ahead of check-in if we needed it. During our stay, we needed a few tools to build a dresser for my daughter’s dorm the night before moving day very late in the evening, and without hesitation - Alexis was at the door with everything we needed! The unit was exactly like the photos. The only misleading part to that was that the listing never told us just how AMAZING THE HOST WOULD BE!!!! :) Alexis made our first time to DC so very special and most memorable - not because of the college sendoff we were anticipating, but because of the way she made sure we had everything we needed right at our finger tips every single day we were there!!! I don’t travel often, but when I do now
.. the bar has been raised having stayed with Alexis!!!! Experience it for yourself!

Amazing!

This was such a cute convenient spot. The place was wonderful clean and has everything you need. Plenty of parking and public transportation at your door. Alexis is an awesome host super helpful! Thank you Alexis you have a wonderful place!

Perfect for a weekend trip

We stayed here for the Pueris Cantorum festival at the National Shrine of the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. This property is literally minutes from the church making it super convenient for us. It was clean and orderly. We had a little trouble with automatic door lock, it wouldn’t accept our code, but our hostess with the mostess, was right there to help us as soon as she was out of work. She was very responsive. Everything was clean and tidy, just like in the pictures. This was a perfect spot for a weekend stay for my husband, my 6 year old daughter and myself. We would book this property again.

Host Needs To Tighten Things Up

I’ve booked this one bedroom apartment about six weeks prior to our visit to Catholic university. My adult son and I were coming to visit my daughter for four days and four nights. We intentionally picked this unit because it had a washer and dryer and a dishwasher listed in the amenities and in the photos. two days before we got there, the host reached out in an email through the website to tell us not to use the washer and dryer and not to use the dishwasher. She didn’t explain why. Just that she didn’t want us using it. Both of us had flown in from different locations for the weekend, we had to use the laundry facilities at Catholic university in our daughters dorm. On the third night, a grown man accessed the unit by at of the front door key pad. He just walked in on us at 10pm at night. The host later emails us to apologize that her “cleaning lady” had come over to clean and accidentally”had the wrong unit. The host didn’t even know it was a min who came inside. She then emailed back to say her cleaning lady was her mother and the man was her helper. Nonetheless. This was completely unacceptable. There was also a dirty/used dildo found under the bed. Definitely recommend the host tighten up the oversight of her units and better prepare guests around the amentities. Not being allowed to use the washer and dryer, been told not to use the dishwasher to leave all the dirty dishes in the sink for four days, having only two bath towels, being walked in on at 10 o’clock at night and finding sex toys under the bed are reasons to lead guests with concerns.

Nice and clean

Very clean and nice place. Easy access by bus (stop across the street) to metro. And easy on street parking. Very responsive host.
