Petworth Retreat - Modern Private 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Apartment

Welcome to your bright and airy apartment in the heart of Petworth, Washington, DC! This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom space offers an inviting atmosphere with a relaxing living space, full kitchen and laundry. The unit is great for downtime and provides easy access to metro bus and rail lines to access everything the City has to offer.

Spacious Living Area: Enjoy a generous living space that is perfect for relaxing. Windows and glass doors allow sunlight to flood the rooms, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Washer and dryer included in the unit.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans and a coffee maker. Everything you need for a quick breakfast or to prepare a full dinner. Four person dining table with comfortable chairs for meal time for games.

Comfortable Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are designed for comfort, featuring plush bedding and ample closet space. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, down alternative pillows, down comfort (in duvet), and white bed linens.

Stylish Bathrooms: The two bathrooms boast modern fixtures, rain shower heads, glass doors and elegant finishes. The bathroom off the primary bedroom includes a double vanity.

Parking: Parking on many neighborhood streets is restricted to two hours Monday through Friday 7am to 8:30pm. If you park on a permit required street overnight (M-F), be sure to move your car by 7am. Upon request we can provide a temporary parking permit for one car during your stay, if you provide the license plate state and number, and car make and color. There are no parking restrictions on several streets in a 2-3 block radius of the apartment. Be sure to check all signs for any parking restrictions (including signs indicating handicap reserved spots).

Urban Setting: The apartment is a garden-style basement (plenty of light, check the pictures) in a Washington, DC rowhouse. Guests should expect normal city sounds that are typical of central urban neighborhood in any big city.
