Great family vacation house

Comfortably accommodated four adults and two children; plenty of space for relaxing, lots of water toys, well stocked kitchen. The house is well maintained and in a nice neighborhood.

Family spring break trip

Informative, timely, and easy communication with the host, so easy to check-in and out. Extremely clean and right amenities for the trip. Very family friendly and perfect for our kids ages 3-12. Numerous family activities with pool, water front and nature reserves nearby. We would stay again.

Excellent getaway

Communication was excellent even before we got to the property. Check in was easy and house was clean. Pool was amazing and we had an amazing and relaxing week! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice property

Stayed at this property for 17 days. Very nicely renovated property. Everything was great. We brought our boat and fished on the weekends. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was wonderful! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay there. House was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean!. The lanai area was so relaxing and, there were enough chairs for us all! Also, the owner was great with communication Highly recommend! Will definitely stay there again!!

Very nice and relaxing

The house was great. Jan did everything to make sure the check in process was smooth. Plenty of towels were supplied fiven that the home had a nice pool. The kayaks were fun and the area is nice and reasonably close to tampa and clearwater.

Nice place!

The property was well kept and cleaned. The owner was easy to contact. The only issue I had was the towels and bedding were not white. I understand that people may be considered personal preference, I consider it hygienic therefore I purchased my own white towels for the stay.

Perfect week vacation

The home was very clean and had more than enough space for our party of 8, including four little kids. There are plenty of beds for everyone and no one felt on top of each other. The outdoor space is perfect, it’s screened in and we encountered zero bugs or annoyances while sitting by the pool. It’s right on the bay and we were able to fish at night. It’s in a great location to some wonderful dinner spots and ten minutes from a great beach with kids. We had such a great week and loved our trip to this home in Tampa!

Loved This Home

The home was perfect for our family of 7. The pool was beautiful. The child gate was great, especially with a 2 yr old and a 5 year old. We even saw dolphins in the canal behind the house. We ended up buying some floats to use in the pool and left them for the next guest. The kids loved it. It was close to a lot of things in Tampa which made it nice. I think the cleaning company dropped the ball a little prior to our arrival, but I addressed it with the owners and they were great about it. The owners was very responsive with any concerns we had. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!
