Excellent Stay!

After our other place got cancelled about a week and a half before our vacation, Sea breeze stepped up and helped us find a place to stay. It was a great place to stay. It's location on the island meant short drives to eating and shopping. Best part was that getting to the beach was a mere minute walk. This will stay at the top of our list of places to return to next year!

Excellent location

Loved the location and the ability to walk directly across the street to the beach. It is located on a quieter side street with less traffic. Walking distance to a few stores and restaurants but the other parts of the island are easily accessible by the free trolley which is nice to have.

Charming Cottage

Sea Pirates Unit 6 is a charming little holiday cottage in a great location just across the street from the beach with the added benefit of a communal pool. We had a couple of issues on arrival no kettle to make tea (this may be a British thing) a kettle was promptly delivered thank you ! Also no lighting in the bunk room working which unfortunately wasn't resolved during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay on AMI.

Very close to the beach-- seriously close. Property was clean and well maintained. Only negative was that the property near the pool had a lot of smokers so we weren't able to use it-- Seems like that shouldnt be allowed.

What started out as a vacation for our family expanded to thousands of vacations for many families. Just a year after visiting Anna Maria Island for the first time, we bought our first vacation rental here in 2002. She kept reeling us in 6 times a year, and we moved here for good in 2011. How could we not leave the rainy days in the UK for the sunny skies on Anna Maria Island? We founded SeaBreeze Vacation with the belief that everyone deserves to enjoy a slice of paradise. Our commitment to hospitality and treating others like family led us to running 80 properties today while our dedicated staff maintains a high attention to detail. We're always working to provide the best vacation experience for guests and the highest level of care and return for our property owners.

We only partner with the best companies to ensure high-quality experiences from inspections to cleaning. Our office and warehouse facility are located in the heart of Anna Maria Island on Holmes Beach to better serve both guests and owners.

Stress-Free Supplementary Services.
We happily handle the fussy matters to ensure the whole family spends more time enjoying a relaxing vacation. With our grocery pre-stocking services, you come to a home ready with refreshments after your travels. Need a crib, high chair, or pack n' play and would like to save luggage space? We provide them at an additional fee and will have them clean and waiting for you and your little one upon arrival. If you'd like to enjoy an evening with your honey, we have licensed babysitting services available on speed dial. As a fun way to access any area on Anna Maria Island, our golf cart rentals make for a real crowd pleaser! If you're in need of anything special, give us a call!
