We arrived later than we had planned but with the check-in information it was no problem. The name of the property "You can't get any closer to the beach" was spot on. As we observed the other condo's and condo units, OUR unit was indeed, the closest to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. The view of the beach was everything that we had hoped.

Stunning view of ocean and rocket launch was a bonus. Great communication with owner. Would stay here again when we come back to this side of Florida.

The condo is adorable and directly on the beach! The highlight of our stay was when we got to see a shuttle launch over the water from our balcony. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

The condo is spacious and has wonderful views. It’s clean has comfy beds but old and needs a spruce up. The pool is not functional I knew that. But the grounds were appalling. There’s nothing keeping kids from falling into what someday will be a pool. All the sand where you come off the beach is really dirty, etc. I could go on. The communication is abysmal and after my dog was locked in the apartment for at least 45 minutes I will not be coming back.

This guest decided not to leave at the posted check out time of 11:00. She left her dog inside our unit without permission, then at 11:30 after her door code had expired she began calling with aggressive threats to get the door open again. She treated our staff rudely in demanding access to the unit after checkout time. Her poor review is not surprising given her unstable state of mind.

You literally can't get any closer to the ocean. Sitting on the balcony the waves come right up to the property at high tide.

Excellent Place

Rental was exactly as described. Host provides just about everything you can think of making the stay a breeze. View from balcony is perfect. Definitely worth staying here, especially for the price.

We had a wonderful getaway to the beach! Our host, Steve, was a great communicator and the condo was terrific- spacious, clean, comfortable and with great views of the beach. When the description indicates you are steps from the beach, it was correct. We took the elevator downstairs and walked out the back door straight onto the beach. It is pet friendly and my maltipoo enjoyed running on the sand and had the best time. Weather is cool in January but the plentiful sunshine and perfect blue skies were perfect. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal if you want to eat in. Parking and directions were easy. We will definitely book this vacation spot again!!

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just what we needed, a slow relaxed paced vacation. We enjoyed watching the sea turtles surf, we got to watch a rocket launch from the balcony and the quiet of the beach. I loved that it wasn't over crowded and the people and businesses in the area were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed for a few days Beautiful view which was the closest I’ve ever stayed to the ocean Just a girls trip and we felt completely safe at the location and surrounding area. Beach is beautiful with chairs, beach is wagon and towels to use

Relaxing Beachside Getaway

Older but well kept condo with all the household amenities needed. The patio on the beach side of the ocean with the morning sunrise and the calming rolling waves were spectacular. Easy access to the beach for daily walks was the icing on the cake.

My Husband and son were in town for a Fish Bites Tournament although fishing conditions were not ideal the home they stayed in was perfect.

Awesome spot

Great location. It turned out to be a cold and rainy weekend, so having a protected balcony overhanging the beach was perfect. Listing says the beach access at Seagull Beach is 100 yards away - that is just plain not true. It is 3x that. But, they were building the stairs to the beach when we left, so likely not an issue for long anyway.
