Hours of fun await in the game room, which includes a dry bar, Golden Tee 3D Golf, digital bowling and shuffleboard, and a Star Wars digital pinball machine. You can also get competitive at the pool table for added enjoyment. In the living area, a large 75-inch art gallery smart TV is perfect for movie nights at home.

cute house that needs some TLC and a deep cleaning
Overall the place is nice, the game room is a huge plus for entertainment during rainy days, the heated swimming pool is awesome (even if rather small, not deep) Depends what one is looking for. We have a 7 yo that is learning how to swim so he had a blast! BUT it definitely needs some maintenance done and a deep cleaning. Maintenance: toilet is a bit rocky(its tank), the windows do not open, one is broken so we are actually anounced in written to not even try to open it as we would be charged!?! one billiard cue sticks is broken, the sink was missing a strainer so it got clogged, the swimming pool had to be refilled every day, it was rapidly losing water and so the heating pump was not starting until refilled. Cleaning wise it was done only in surface, no mop on the floor (I did it myself as my socks were sticking to the floor), shower not cleaned, a towel had hair in it, the windows were completely filthy (maybe that is one of the reasons for which we were not supposed to touch and see them :) Also the pool was ice cold upon arrival it took 24 h to get to a decent temperature, someone already mentioned this and other aspects in similar reviews btw. All in all we had fun there and the place is nicely decorated(sort of staged but well..), the beds are very comfy (a biiiig plus in a rental) but the management should really invest some time and money to bring the house to what it can really be: a great locative house

Great location and great home!
We loved the location of the Magnolia Pool House, it was close to everything we wanted to do but not right in the middle of all of the traffic. We also loved the pool and the coziness of the house. It was perfect for our vacation!

Family vacation
The toilet needed more fixing and a keurig is the most practical for coffee. The pool was freezing, not heated when we got there and we have to call to have the heat on as it was advertised as heated. We actually had to vacuum the pool and put in chlorine tab. The house overall was nice. Just some stained couches, chairs and blankets were a bit disappointing. We got locked in the house as we thought our key code would unlock it but it did not and it took 2 hours of calls and messaging to get out. The neighborhood was ok, not what we expected. Overall it was a good home. We use VRBO’s often.

Lovely little house
My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean. We walked into an immaculate and gleaming white living room. The kitchen was very inviting with placemats and plates decoratively set out for use. The bedrooms were very tidy with comfortable beds. Additionally, we found TVs (access to you tube and Netflix available) in all the bedrooms. My kids (and husband!) really enjoyed the Golden Tee and Star Wars arcade machines in the game room. While the pool is fairly small, it suited our family just fine, and I think it would be perfect for smaller kids (under 8) who might be intimidated by bigger and deeper pools. It was also wonderful that the owners included floaties and tubes for guests to use. I do feel the location was on a busy street, which made turning into and exiting out of the driveway very challenging at times; however, the house is close to many attractions and shopping. While my kids loved swimming at night with the fairy lights in the background, I do think some care to the rest of the backyard wouldn’t go unnoticed or appreciated. A covered outdoor swing would be a wonderful addition.
