One of only 2 rentals on Smith Lake with a private lake side pool to lounge in by the lake, it is also fully loaded with everything needed for an unforgettable vacation including outdoor bar, grill, fire pit, fire table, pool table, kayaks, SUPs, 2 coffee bars, waffle bar, kids video game/tv space, and boundless deck space to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Bella Vista is located on one of the main arms of Smith Lake in Cullman. It is less than 10 minutes to I-65 and less than 10 minutes to gas stations, fast-food restaurants, bait shops, grocery stores, and a boat launch. This is a rare find on Smith Lake to be close to so many things but still have beautiful big water views.

There are decks expanding most of the whole first and second level to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evenings. The top decks has a fire pit table to gather around in the early evening while you witness the beautiful sunsets seen from Bella Vista.

Perhaps the best part of Bella Vista, is the private in-ground heated salt-water pool out back right on the lake. This is the only rental on Smith Lake with a private pool. If you don't want to take a dip in the lake or want to have somewhere for the kids to play and splash while grilling by the outdoor bar, you will love this amenity. Included are plenty of floats and toys as well as propane for the grill. Plenty of seating for all. The pool is only shut down from Nov 15th to March 8th as it is too cold for the heater on those days.

The location on the water is optimal for fishing, swimming, boating, and water sports. While the dock is on larger open water, there are also nearby peaceful and smaller arms of water or tributaries to explore on the 2 kayaks and SUP's provided.

The home has had extensive updates, and is fully loaded with everything necessary to make memories with friends and family. On the top floor, you will find an open living room, dining room, and kitchen with seating for everyone as well as the completely renovated master suite to include a soaking tub. Off the master bedroom, a separate daybed and desk can be found for a quiet read or cranking out some work.

On the lower floor, you'll find a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games and ample seating for everyone, making it an ideal gathering spot. There are plenty of board games and other surprises for entertainment. The lower floor also hosts two more king suites, each with private bathrooms, as well as another private bedroom with a queen-sized bed. For the kids, there's a special area designed for their enjoyment, complete with TV, Xbox One with games, books, crayons, bean bags, and a Nugget for fort-building fun. Sleeping arrangements include two sets of bunk beds and a queen bed to ensure comfort for adults as well.
