Water Lover’s Paradise

Offering some of the best views on Carolina Beach, this top level two story condo sets on the Carolina Beach Yacht Basin. Relax with your favorite beverage on the balcony, as boats, kayaks, and paddle boards slowly pass. Don’t like to watch? Use the floating dock to fish or launch your own kayak. If the beach is more your thing, the nearest beach access is only a two minute walk.

This unit sleeps 8, so there’s room for the entire family. One of the bedrooms is on the second level for additional privacy. One bathroom has grab handles for the disabled. Assigned covered parking for two is included.

This place was great especially during the week. When the weekend came and it got more crowded, it was a little less enjoyable. This is no fault of the owners of course, they were very helpful with everything needed.

We enjoyed our stay. Tim and Kristen are great hosts made everything super easy. They communicated very well and responded very quickly to our questions. The condo was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. A true home away from home. The views of the boat basin were beautiful and relaxing. Great location and minutes to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We highly recommend Water Lover’s Paradise

Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We’re an adventurous family and this home satisfied all of our adventures from Fishing, shopping, and restaurants. Our host was absolutely wonderful in accommodating all of our needs! Other reviews spoke about the parking situation our experience was the neighbors were so friendly and helpful. We only had to move the vehicles a few times and it wasn’t an issue for us at all. Definitely a 5-Star rating from us!!!

We had a fantastic time in Carolina Beach and the condo was perfect for our stay. The distance to the beach and access to the dock was perfect for both the adults in our group and the three small children. Catching shrimp, small crabs, and fish from the dock was the highlight of our 5 and 6 year olds stay!

Beautiful Sound Side View

Absolutely beautiful view! We searched for a few specifics in our vacation rental: an elevator for my mother in-law, peaceful nights for relaxing, and short walk to the boardwalk. With this location, we got so much more! The condo was lovely! The neighbors were amazing and super friendly. It really felt like we found a community for the week. The property manager was great and stayed in communication with us, even answered a few parking questions that had me extremely stressed. (Pro tip: best was to get around some strict parking on the Island is to rent a golf cart) All in all, we count have been happier with our stay. Being sound side and watching the wildlife with our coffee or boats passing in the night, was just the break from our everyday that we needed. Can't wait to go back!!

Pretty good with minor issues

Great location! Housekeeping needs to focus on certain areas. I addressed that with the owners and they offered to send Housekeeping back out, I didn't want our stay interrupted but I appreciated the offer. There was construction on our parking area the day after we arrived which completely messed up the parking arrangement and made us miss a boat tour. We would've appreciated the heads up prior to them coming. After the construction was finished, we're supposed to have access to park 2 cars in our assigned spot. The other tennant had 3 cars and at times made it very difficult for us to get out our only vehicle. Overall, it's a great location, its a hop and a skip from a lot of great attractions/places including the beach! Our stay wasn't the greatest, but apparently we just went at the wrong time.

Wonderful

We loved staying here! Each room having its own bathroom was great for our large family. The house was clean and cozy. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The view of the bay was breathtaking, we spent every night on the dock. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The owner was very attentive and helpful. We loved our little gift upon arrival! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your wonderful beach home!!

Nice quiet stay with a canal view

We enjoyed the location, being close to the kayak launch dock and a few miles from fort Fisher. We were able to kayak often and bike to and from Fort Fisher a couple of times. The manager came to make a couple of minor repairs after arranging timing with us and was responsive and respectful at all times.

Great place to stay!

The condo was very nice! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all appliances we needed. The property owners even left us a welcome gift! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only negative is that one of the bedrooms didn't have a television.

A wonderful stay on the North End

My family of 4 adults and 3 little ones truly enjoyed this property!!! There was enough space for all of us to have our privacy but family time is always important. The kitchen had just about everything we needed for takeout & cooking & the beds were comfy. And that backdeck didn't disappoint; the views of the boats and the gorgeous sunsets were truly awesome. and just a few quick steps to the beach make this a great stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the North end of Carolina beach

Beautiful view!

Enjoyed the condo. The 3 bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was used a lot! Views were beautiful!! The parking was a bit trying at times, moving vehicles around. I personally had no idea about King Tide. New experience - will monitor calendar & plan next trip without King Tide. You, as hosts, have been very helpful and timely in your responses. Thank you!

Lady’s week!

There were 4 of us pushing/and at or over 70! The property was perfect for our reunion. The owners were fantastic. Always available and accommodating! The unit is on the 4th floor so the elevator was a godsend! The three bedrooms and 3 baths worked fine. 2 of us shared the bunk room. One of us in the queen bed and one on the bottom bunk. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The bonus was the yacht basin view from the deck. It was so relaxing to watch boats come and go and the fantastic sunsets! The walk to the beach is about 1 block. Great location, great place. We had a blast. I would definitely book this unit in the future.

Perfect house.

Pick this home for a perfect stay in Carolina Beach. You access to the water is perfect. You will definitely enjoy the bay in the back yard. Perfect spot to hop on a rented paddle board and take a tour around the island. The beach is a two minute walk away. Home owners are very quick to respond to any question I had.

Comfy stay

Fall Beach Weekend

We had a great weekend. View from the condo is beautiful and the unit is spacious. Nice for family and friends. Each bedroom has their own en-suite. Host was great.

My wife and I are professional 40-somethings who live in the area. We enjoy walking on the beach, boating, kayaking, and bike riding at the condo in the off-season. We are new to VRBO, although our condo was professionally managed in the past. Please bare with us as we go on the journey of hosting our own property.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The view of the yacht basin is much more interesting than the ocean. We have the most spectacular sunsets, which can be seen from our living room or balcony. Guests can fish, kayak, or walk to the beach. Freeman Park is 1/2 mile away, the boardwalk is a mile away, and Fort Fisher is a 10 minute car ride. The Carolina Beach State Park is a 5 minute car ride. The commercial elevator is perfect for carrying luggage, groceries, or the kids to our 4th floor unit.
