Three Sea (3C) was exceptional, very clean, plenty of towels and a well-stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator, amazing view of the ocean from the balcony and just steps to the beach. We were there the last week of August and the beach was quiet, not like the usual crowds of OBX. Just loved all of it!! Highly recommend!

nice stay great location

I stayed at this property with my family - 5 adults and one 3 year old. The best features about the property were the amount of space and the fact that it was in easy walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants and other attractions at Carolina Beach - while being located ON THE BEACH. Our kid also really liked the pool.Would definitely visit again.

Great place!

We loved this place... oceanfront on the beach with a pool! The king beds in all rooms made us all feel at home.. We loved the expansive deck to take in the amazing ocean views along with star gazing at night. Walking distance to all the things in downtown carolina beach, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. Kitchen was stocked, for those nights we didnt want to go out. Place was spotless, cute, and updated. We will be back again! Thank you!

Great location, awful beds

Overall nice condo in a great location. The place was clean and generally as advertised. The beds were the biggest issue we had with the place. Super soft mattresses with cheap mattress toppers on them. It was like trying to sleep in quicksand. My back killed me the first couple of days and quality sleep was tough to come by. The parking situation is something people should be aware of, especially in the high season. It's front to back parking under the building, 2 - 3 vehicles to a row. If you're the first one in and others park behind you, which they will, you are stuck unless the others are nice enough to leave their phone number on their windshield and are willing to come move their car so you can get out. The deck is beautiful and has a killer view. Probably should update the deck furniture as it is straight out of 1995 and less than comfortable. The location is terrific overall and for the price I give it a solid B if you can deal with the above mentioned items.

We're glad you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and incredible deck views! The condo is as advertised, and we do our best to provide a comfortable stay for all guests. We’re sorry to hear the beds weren’t to your preference—mattress firmness can be subjective, but we appreciate the feedback and will make note of this for the future. Parking is a shared setup, as noted, and while most guests are considerate, we understand it can take some coordination. Thanks for trippin' with iTrip!
