Majestic Lofts #501 located at 209 Printers Alley offers old world charm and modern luxurious conveniences.

Tucked away in a historic red brick building in downtown Nashville, this spacious new 2022 buildout includes 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an open concept living room and kitchen that overlooks Nissan Stadium. The chef's kitchen features an oversized quartz island perfect for social gatherings. Each bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom, brand new plush mattress and bedding, and a Smart TV to make you feel right at home.

Comparable to the cost of a local hotel room, you and your guests can stretch out, enjoy homelike comforts and conveniences with Printers Alley right outside the door. Just a few steps away are Broadway's honky-tonks, bars, restaurants, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and many more Nashville attractions in the heart of Music City. Inside the building is a restaurant and an entertainment venue.

The building is in the heart of downtown Nashville where there is an abundance of nightlife. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening at the time of your trip.

Multiple paid parking options, located within 2 blocks of the property, are available. Prices vary from $10-$45 per day.

Family celebration fun
Beautiful unit-very clean-perfect location. Definitely recommend. Host responded quickly to any questions and the unit had everything we needed. We were 3 couples —walked to most things. Anything not walkable we used Uber and pick ups were always there quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Annual Bruins Trip
We couldn’t have been happier. Gorgeous place that is awaiting our arrival. Immaculate with numerous items to make our stay smoother (phone chargers, white noise machines, tv & radio, etc.). Our group of 4 had a super time and host was extremely accommodating in every way (access to laundry service, early check in and late check out possibilities….as bad weather almost canceled our return home-which host was very understanding of). We shall be returning-next year!!

As good as it gets!
Picking this made me look smarter than I am! 8 family members celebrating 2 important birthdays. Location could not have been better- walking distance to Broadway plus great bars/eats right in Printers Alley.. 4 suites with private baths and all furnishings. Comfortable and DID NOT feel cheaply furnished like some others. Great attitude by owners.

Amazing Property, Fantastic Location!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Majestic Lofts! Everything was super clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient. We didn’t have to take an über one single time, because we could walk everywhere! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Gathering Space
Printer's Alley was the perfect place for our family gathering - me and my husband and our adult children. People could come and go with lots of activities, with restaurants/clubs in the same building, on either side of us AND on Broadway (only steps away). Dawson was the best communicator and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He went out of his way to be as generous as possible with the check-in and check-out process. I was privy to the supply closets and was SO impressed by all the extra sheets and bedspreads - not only do I know they change the sheets between renters but they also change the bedspreads and that is very important to me. The condo was equipped with more than enough and he has great attention to details. We cooked some of the time and the pans and knives were awesome. Everything seemed new - nothing worn. We use VRBO several times a year and Dawson, was by far, the most attentive and generous hosts we've come across. Granted, we paid a lot for this space but it was very much worth it - a great value! Oh, and in spite of the popular location, we always felt safe and secure with their fob system. The noise level was non-existent when sleeping which was also very nice. I can't say enough good about our week's stay, over Christmas. Dawson also went above and beyond for decorating, making sure I was ok with it all. It was beautiful and felt very homey and cozy. Everyone enjoyed themselves and enjoyed Nashville in style!
