Magnifique, charmant, historique Riverfront et Wrightsville Beach!

Nous venons de remodeler notre annonce à nouveau !! Nous pensons que vous allez adorer les nouvelles améliorations et commodités que nous avons ajoutées !! Nous avons complètement rénové notre 2ème salle de bain dans la maison ... la seule chambre qui n'avait pas été mise à jour dans notre rénovation d'origine il y a 3 ans. Il est maintenant magnifique, avec une douche à l'italienne dans une belle tuile de métro avec de doubles portes de douche en verre sans cadre! Nouveau dosseret en marbre dans la cuisine et des meubles en osier de siège profond merveilleusement confortables sur notre terrasse arrière! Il y a de nouveaux matelas dans toute la maison et nous avons maintenant des reines dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et des lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. En outre, un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Notre conception de chambre à coucher divisée est parfaite pour l'intimité car la chambre principale est à l'extrémité opposée de la maison des deux autres chambres.
Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour vous sentir chez vous ... Keurig and Mr. Cafetières à café, mélangeur Kitchen Aid, plaque chauffante électrique, mijoteuse, grille-pain et plus encore !! Nous avons un téléviseur intelligent de 49 pouces pour diffuser Netflix, Hulu, etc., une antenne qui reçoit tous les principaux réseaux, un lecteur BlueRay et des tonnes de DVD!
Notre emplacement est imbattable! Nous sommes à un peu plus de 3 km du centre-ville historique de Wilmington et de la zone riveraine animée et à environ 10 km de la magnifique plage de Wrightsville. Nous sommes également à environ 3 km de l'aéroport international de Wilmington.

This home was in the perfect location, close to downtown riverwalk and the beautiful beaches. Its in a quiet, gorgeous residential area, lovely for walking our dog with a dog park near by. The home was comfy, great amenities and very clean. Enjoyed the spacious areas, updated bathroom and stocked up kitchen. Owners were very responsive, a very pleasant stay and a great time with my family!

We had a great stay at Beth's home! The home was spotlessly clean and matched the listing perfectly — exactly what was advertised.Beth was an outstanding host — very responsive whenever we had a question, which made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. She truly thought of everything! The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked as well as soap, shampoo in the showers, a hair dryer, and even a flat iron. It's the little details like these that really make a difference.The property is nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The location is hard to beat — we were just minutes from downtown Wilmington's historic riverfront, with easy access to all the great restaurants, shops, and points of interest the area has to offer. There are so many beaches to enjoy within about 30 min. from Beth's home. Wrightsville Beach is about 25 min. away, and you're also perfectly positioned to explore many of NC's other beautiful beaches, including Southport and Oak Island. If you're willing to drive a little further, Myrtle Beach is only about an hour and fifteen minutes away, making it a very easy day trip.We'd absolutely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the Wilmington area!

Perfect stay for College graduation

We had a very comfortable stay and felt very at home. At the end of each busy day of visiting with family and sightseeing, we were able to comfortably sit back and relax with our dogs for the evening. Beth and David were very accommodating, to the extent that they installed a solar, motion detector outdoor light to assist with nighttime potty breaks for our dogs. The neighborhood was very quiet and access to 17 was quick and easy. We will definitely stay there for any future trips to Wilmington.

Great pet friendly VRBO in a great location!

This house is in a great neighborhood and is in an extremely convenient location to downtown, UNCW and the beach. We really enjoyed walking the dogs in the neighborhood. The house has a great deck to enjoy on sunny days. Would definitely stay here again!

I am a native of Wilmington, I love this city and I cannot imagine living anywhere else! My husband and I bought the house 6 months after we got married almost 29 years ago. We moved when our children were little to a larger house, but I will always love that first home of ours so when the opportunity arose to remodel it and get to decorate it I jumped in with both feet! My husband and I and our kids have all worked together to make the house a wonderful place for guests. I have always wanted to own a B&B so I am thrilled to be able to make my dream a reality.

I used to ride through this neighborhood as a child and look at the beautiful homes and gorgeous yards and I'd say I'm going to live here one day and sure enough not only have I lived in one house, but now we live in another house in this same neighborhood! I can truly say there is no where in Wilmington that I'd rather live.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I loved this house from the moment that I walked in it. It was like I already felt at home there. It's always been such a cozy, inviting home and with the remodeling that we have done it's even better, brighter, more airy, but still cozy. Everything is new... we've opened up some walls and reconfigured the layout so that we now have a split design with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the other bedrooms on the other, with the living room, kitchen and dining area in between, which I really love. And the deck is everyone's happy place... comfortable furnishings and enough trees and shrubs to provide just the right amount of seclusion.
