Lower Park · Comfortable & clean close to downtown Burlington

Welcome to our large, 1st floor apartment close to downtown Burlington VT and the Lake Champlain waterfront. Walking distance to everything that Burlington has to offer.

We live on a residential street in the North End. Walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants.

There are 2 parking spaces located in the rear of the house. This apartment is a 10 minute walk to Church Street, 5 minute walk to Battery Street Park, and close to the waterfront/bike path.

Our family of 6 enjoys renting out the space we called home for the past 3 years. Please enjoy your stay and let us know if there is any way we can improve it.

Great location and easy to find. Truly only one bathroom as the second bathroom only has a sink and toilet. Was fine for a quick stay. Host was accommodating and responded quickly.

What a great place! Close to Church Street but far enough to enjoy quiet evenings. The home is spacious and well appointed. Our favorite surprise feature was the record player with a fun selection of records. The rental agent provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Would rent again when in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well supplied, the main bathroom exceeded all expectations, very comfortable queen size beds, and close to the Lake and Church Street. We had our adult son with us and our toy poodle.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. What we appreciated the most about this VRBO was the ability to park two cars and have a well-located base to explore the surrounding area. We also appreciated the owner’s proactive outreach to us and how quickly she responded to our inquiries. That made a huge difference in our trip and stay.

Great location, great place!

We stayed here for a weekend trip and it was perfect! So close to great places to eat, all the locations you need and the home is super cozy and has a washer dryer which is very helpful. High recommend!

Quick Overnight Stay

The house was quiet and clean. There is no master bedroom with a connected bathroom. This was fine for us since it was just one night. Check in/out was super easy. The teenagers loved the record selection!

Errin's place was absolutely perfect! It's beautiful, spacious, very clean and super comfortable. Convenient to everything Burlington has to offer. I will definitely stay again!

Perfect for our group and we immediately felt right at home! Very clean and modern house and very conveniently located! Everything about the house was easy- parking, check in, instructions, and walking around to nearby places. You can hear street traffic but I think that’s pretty much expected of houses in this area. Thank you!

Family Trip

We stayed here as a family. My kids loved it. There were board games to play and the house was nice. Parking was available on site, and we could walk to church street.The only downside of the location was that there were people smoking weed on the street almost anytime we walked anywhere, so it smelled pretty bad when we would walk places. I doubt this would be too different anywhere else in the city, but worth mentioning if you are visiting Burlingwith kids.

Good group lodging

This was a good family place to stay for dropping our daughter off a UVM. It is close walking distance to The Mall and the waterfront. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bedrooms, and laundry facility.

Great Stop before Canada
