House located in Sarasota area near Bradenton. 5 minutes away from Indian Beach. 5 minutes away from Golf Course. 8 min away from Sarsota Bradenton Airport. 15 minutes away from IMG Academy. Also it’s around 20 min away from Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key and Lido beaches. A lot of stores and restaurants in the area. We have super fast internet and a work space with desk and chair so if you work remotely

All house, patio and backyard area can be used by the guests. Fenced yard. Fire Pit located at the yard with sitting area for 8 people. Private heated pool and spa (Please note that during outside temperature drops below 75F Spa and Pool may not be able to heat the water to desire temperature). Spa temperature can be controlled by remote located on a Spa.

We do allow pets for additional fee. Please let us know at least 14 days before your reservation start date. We do charge $199/pet/stay. All pets fee needs to be paid before reservation start date. Please note that you are fully responsible for any damages. No parties allowed in the property. No exceptions. 1000$ fine for braking the house rules. We do provide complimentary supply such as (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish washer pads, shower gel) for the first time use only. Grill propane gas and or firewoods are subject to refill on the guest expense. $250 fee will be applied for parking on the grass. Garage parking subject for approval by Host. Please contact us if you have any questions. $1,000 fee will be applied if the guest will smoke in the house.
