Bel appartement spacieux dans un ancien palais entièrement restauré, donnant sur le canal de Cannaregio. 40m² avec balcon, coin à manger, grande cuisine avec un deuxième coin à manger, deux chambres à coucher (une avec balcon donnant sur le canal), 2 salles de bain avec douche et machine à laver. 3 télévisions, une dans le salon et deux dans les deux chambres, climatisation, 12 fenêtres, très lumineuse.
Ressentez la véritable atmosphère de Venise, premier étage, accès très facile, à 5 min de la gare principale sans escalier, à 10 min du Rialto

The property was very clean, beautifully located on a lively canal that was not loud. There were plenty of places around to get dinner which were excellent. We could walk easily to the train station and there was a vaporetto stop quite close. The pictures represented to the apartment very well.

Beautiful apartment! Staying here was a dream! Check in was super easy thanks to Ale meeting us and reviewing everything. She also shared some wonderful recommendations around the city for food, gelato, places to visit, etc. The apartment was easy to find, there were not a ton of things to do to check out, and the AC was refreshing after a hot day walking around Venice. There were even snacks, milk, juice and coffee for us, she really went above and beyond. The only downside is that when the restaurant was open, it got quite noisy at night and difficult to sleep. Thankfully we brought a speaker and we were able to turn on some white noise to cover it up. Highly recommend this tactic. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The apartment was perfect for our two couple group. The location on a canal in Cannaregio was great, combining a quiet neighborhood and local restaurants with easy access to the Vaporetto system. Alessia handled the check/in and check/out process efficiently and was helpful with the apartment details and great recommendations on restaurants, shopping spots, sights and logistical tips.We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and highly recommend the property and Alessia.

Alessia was an awesome host. She was in constant communication, met us at the flat and provided us with the insider’s scoop on places to go in Venice. The flat is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect - very close to the train station and the tourist attractions, but off the beaten path.

Fantastic stay

Property was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, with all amenities, located in residential area of Venice where locals dine and wine, away from hordes of tourists. We absolutely loved coming back to it after a long day of exploring Venice. Alessia (host) was extraordinarily helpful and sweet. Hope we get to come back!

Amazing!

We had a great stay! The place was as described/pictured, in a great location, and the A/C was amazing. The property manager was great at communicating and provided awesome recommendations of restaurants and things to do.
