Bel appartement spacieux dans un ancien palais entièrement restauré, donnant sur le canal de Cannaregio. 40m² avec balcon, coin à manger, grande cuisine avec un deuxième coin à manger, deux chambres à coucher (une avec balcon donnant sur le canal), 2 salles de bain avec douche et machine à laver. 3 télévisions, une dans le salon et deux dans les deux chambres, climatisation, 12 fenêtres, très lumineuse.
Ressentez la véritable atmosphère de Venise, premier étage, accès très facile, à 5 min de la gare principale sans escalier, à 10 min du Rialto

L'appartement est très spacieux (100 m²) et présente des sols vénézuéliens typiques, une entrée classique et 12 fenêtres au total. The apartment was perfect for our two couple group. The location on a canal in Cannaregio was great, combining a quiet neighborhood and local restaurants with easy access to the Vaporetto system. Alessia handled the check/in and check/out process efficiently and was helpful with the apartment details and great recommendations on restaurants, shopping spots, sights and logistical tips.We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and highly recommend the property and Alessia.

Alessia was an awesome host. She was in constant communication, met us at the flat and provided us with the insider’s scoop on places to go in Venice. The flat is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect - very close to the train station and the tourist attractions, but off the beaten path.

Fantastic stay

Property was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, with all amenities, located in residential area of Venice where locals dine and wine, away from hordes of tourists. We absolutely loved coming back to it after a long day of exploring Venice. Alessia (host) was extraordinarily helpful and sweet. Hope we get to come back!

It would be hard to find a more helpful and communitave hostess. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. The area is a little off the beaten path, but if you use the water ferry it’s easy to get anywhere you want in Venice. As for the apartment itself, it is right on the water, clean and spacious for Venice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great amentinities!

Check in was a breeze and host let us drop off bags early, as well as texted us suggestions of places to eat/ see/ do. They even stocked the fridge with basic necessities and the bathrooms and more than just basic items. Would stay here again!
