We had trouble getting into the apartment. The directions were not specific enough. And, the cleaning lady was still there when we got there But, over all it was a good stay. Nice clean apartment in a beautiful location with great bathrooms after a day of touring. Thanks

Directions to the property were clear and check‑in was easy. The kitchen was well‑equipped with everything we needed. The only disappointment was that the washing machine wasn’t working, and I shared that information with the property manager. Overall, we would stay here again if we were looking to stay on this side of Venice

The location is unbeatable! 5 min walk from the train station. Windows right over the grand canal day and night. Quiet building. Air conditioning. Food, transport, groceries, a post office 2 mins away. Really couldn’t ask for more.

The property and views were beautiful. We liked the location. Very comfortable. Linens and all were clean. Extra kitchen and bathroom supplies would have been helpful. However, we really enjoyed our stay and the property was very nice!! Thank You!

Very convenient to train station. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the grand canal.Would have liked access to freezer and a bit more kitchen supplies, but our stay was only 3 nights so we managed.

AVOID THIS VRBO AT ALL COSTS...OR YOU TOO WILL BE ROBBED...LOOK AT ALL REVIEWS TO SEE A TREND!!We were so excited for our first trip to Venice. Arriving in one of the most unique cities in the world set us up for what we thought was going to be an amazing time in Venice.Unfortunately, our trip was overshadowed with a theft that took place the night before we checked out. Someone who had access to our apartment entered the unit and went through multiple back packs, took over 300 Euros and emptied a money clip of American Cash(roughly 400-500), which was also hidden in a backpack and stole 300 out of our third guest's passport wallet. No credit cards, passports or ID's were taken (THANKFULLY). The money was well hidden in different places, and the person obviously knew where to look. We looked back at past reviews and see others have similar issues. We will be contacting the local police, the owner and VRBO to look into this as others traveling should not have to experience the same thing. Venice is a beautiful city but please look for a more secure location.

Steps away from the train station and sites!

We had a wonderful time staying here while we vacationed in Venice. It is in a great location if you want to be close to the train station but also close enough to walk around the city. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby - even a grocery store. Me, my wife and two small children had a great time.

We stayed in this property with our family of 4. It was a good location near the train station with a view of the canal. We enjoyed the apartment for our short stay in Venice.

Amazing view!

Very clean apartment with a great view. Nice and close to the train station for coming and going. We would definitely stay here again. Host was very good about sending us directions on how to find the apartment and how to enter.
