Smart lock code will be given within 24 hours of check in.
The Garage will be locked, The basement will have a chain to stop anyone falling, This is where the breaker boxes are should anything trip.
3 private closets will be locked, Driveway with double gates available at back of the alley and parking for 2 cars in front of garage for guest use

Midtown Atlanta is central to all Atlanta. has to offer. Walk the beltline to Ponce City Market, stroll the park, walk out for breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails and clubs. There are so many local events, concerts and attractions within walking, scootering, driving and ubering distance. 20 minutes by car to the Airport or catch the Marta straight to midtown station.

The Heating fee is for if you want the pool heated To 90 degrees, if you would like it warmer it can be for an additional fee.

All bookings are due to pay 50% up front, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to check in. If you wish to cancel, all payments received less 5% will be refunded.
