Rivercrest Oasis on Lake Austin Street with Private Dock, Pool & Hot Tub

Enjoy an escape just off Lake Austin with family and friends. Relax all day in the backyard oasis pool to cool off or warm up in the hot tub both built into the base of a lush boulder and tree-covered hillside. Then stroll under the mature pecan grove (less than 5 minutes) to the private 2-story dock to lounge on the large lake floats or soak up the sun on the deck (boat slip not part of rental). Stay entertained with indoor/outdoor surround sound, a media room with an 80" QLED Smart TV, a record player with classic and current hits, and a piano in the library. The large living room is great for getting everyone together, but most people are drawn to the spacious kitchen and attached parlor room with a bar & fireplace. We always have Organic foods in the fridge & natural wines/spirits that you're welcome to and a garden most of the year you can pick fresh produce from. We don't use harsh chemicals in the house or yard. The setting is very natural with native plants and animals, including hummingbirds that come to the feeders outside kitchen window daily.
