Coquina Cove #6—Coastal Retreat Steps from Indian Rocks Beach with Breezy Décor & Walkable Dining

Each room at the Tropical Coquina Cove Resort is uniquely and tastefully decorated. This is the Master Suite of the Tropical Coquina Cove Resort. Studio #6 is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom that accommodates 4. Luxury and Comfort! As you walk into the gated entrance, you are surrounded by a private oasis featuring a large outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers and other comfy seating.

Kitchen: Supplied tastefully with upgraded appliances. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and drip coffee maker. Perfect for staying in and making a meal. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Dining Area: Has a beautiful table with 4 chairs and has a ceiling fan.

Living Area: Features a sofa with a large TV.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom features a King size bed with 2 side tables, ceiling fan, loveseat, TV, and en-suite bathroom!

Bedroom #2: Has 2 twin size beds, ceiling fan, TV, and closet

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): En-suite bathroom has a rain head shower and an extra large vanity. No tub.

Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with a shower and tub.

Laundry: This unit has it's own washer and dryer off of the living room. Beach equipment solely for this unit is also stored here!

Outdoors: Large heated pool with plenty of sun loungers, patio table with 2 chairs outside your unit.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This unit allows 2 parking spots. Limited additional parking. Must be approved if you have more than 2 vehicles.

The unit is in a quiet neighborhood and there are yummy restaurants and some entertainment within walking distance just a few blocks away. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
