Loved our stay!

We loved the location, the set up, the pool right in the courtyard, the cleanliness, and the responsiveness of the management team to help when issues arose. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you Danette, for staying with us at Coquina Cove #6. What a great property, with a pool right outside the door! It feels like you have been transported to some tropical paradise! This complex was flooded in the recent hurricanes but the owner has been working very hard getting everything cleaned up and repaired and we are excited to welcome guests back in just a couple of weeks. Please come back and see all the updates we have done to this property.

Stayed off-beach. Place is as advertised. Great grill. Short walk to beach. Super responsive management.

This gem is in the heart of Indian Rocks, close to some of the best restaurants in the area. But it sounds like you did your own cooking! The grill makes staying at home easy and convenient. Perfect Spot!

This cute little condo is in the perfect location! Easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Very quaint area. Only 6 units in the complex. Salt water pool in the center of complex with plenty of seating. Great communication with rental agency. Easy check-in/check-out process. Would stay again.

Fantastic vacation spot!

This place exceeded my expectations! It started with really great communication from the property management team, to the ease of check in, and capped it all with it being such a lovely place, with a beautiful pool and all the amenities you would need. Just two blocks from the ocean meant our family could easily walk back and forth to enjoy day time swimming and evening sunsets. 10/10 would recommend, so much so, we booked for next year! Only suggestion is a small beach umbrella would have been handy but otherwise it was perfect!
