Good location. No outdoor space available. Air Conditioning didn’t keep up. Main HVAC not running. Just a portable AC at the top of steps.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns with the AC and outdoor space. The home is equipped with central HVAC, so we’re not sure why it wasn’t running during your stay, but we wish we had been notified at the time so we could have addressed it right away. The portable unit is there as a backup, not the primary cooling system

The location was really convenient to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Being on top of a restaurant, we did get to hear the food delivery at like 5:00 am one morning. It could use a few updates. The shower had no water pressure, but having a second half bath was nice. Don't stay here is you're picky. But if you are trying to find something cheaper, the price was right.

The place is beautiful and spacious and was just a few steps to the beach. After reading other reviews about people knocking from the restaurant below, we were concerned that may be an issue, but we had no problems at all and enjoyed having it below for a close and delicious go to meal! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us.

Great stay

Great location and price. A few things could be repaired and it could use a deep clean. Over all happy and would stay there again. The bed in the master is a queen not a king. Was fine for us but just not an accurate description.

Great location across the street from the beach. The bar/ restaurant under the apartment closes at 10 so it was not noisy late into the night. Clean place, I would come back again.

Indian rock

It was nice and close to the beach. The bed was advertised as a King. (that is the reason that we rented this location) It was a queen, which made it difficult for my 6’3”husband to sleep in.

Lights and locks

We arrived at 12 PM. . No outside lights. Had to use our phone light to see to get keys to unlock door. Locks were hard to open. No light inside entry hall. Too many steps 17 up to the apartment. Would not stay again.

Beautiful location but the property coukd have been better

Communicating with host was easy and I got responses right away. Beautiful location. Quiet, however, we got about 6 hard knocks from drink people leaving the restaurants which I guess it was not that bad, we never opened. The AC of the house was either not working or it was not big enough for the size of the house. There was a portable AC which did not cool the house down until late at night. The heat from the restaurant must have been going up to the house. That was my biggest complaint. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. I brought my pots and pans thinking I needed to and I did not. Could have been 2 reserve parking spots as there is only 1. Restaurant manager did allow me to use one of the restaurant parking spot. I did see termite droppings in one of the room but i did not see a termite. The half bathroom roof is falling in on top of the toilet. Tub was clogged also. Despite everything, we enjoyed our stay. We made the best out of what we had. Will i stay again at that location? Probably not, Florida heat is hot! Being on top of a restaurant was NOT good. Will I stay at another Carters Vacation homes? Yes. I would recommend this company but not this house. Oh and the price was not bad at all either. Very affordable.
