The house was super clean and very organized. The host took the time to supply and abundance of toiletries in both bathrooms which was great due to me forgetting a toothbrush. Rooms were very tidy and beds were very comfortable. My guest and I loved having our own room for the 9 days.

The poll was great on hot days, very refreshing. We cooked a lot at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of room for all of us. Our host was awesome, even rushing over to fix a small issue with the door.

Great Tampa Stay

It was great. Everything was clean and easy. The lay out is great for a large group. All the little extra toiletries were a huge plus! Kitchen was well stocked and pool was nice as well.

Excellent stay

Very clean, spacious and comfortable home! Close and stress free drive to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island allowed us to zip back and forth for lunch or a dip in the pool. Beds were extremely comfortable but if you are used to a king, the queen does feel a little cramped. That was the only thing I could have wished for at this property. Everything else was available with a great selection of kitchen ware. The pool was also very clean and inviting.

Hidden Gem

This property was absolutely amazing. It's located right down the street from USF, Busch Gardens, and American Adventures which was the perfect location for the event that we were attending. The house was very clean, spacious, had all the amenities needed, and the private pool was a huge hit for the kids. The host was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this property if you are ever in Tampa.

Immaculate Home, Convenient to Many Tampa Locales

This home was perfect for our family of 5 adults. It looks exactly as it appears in the photos and is spotless! The screened pool area is lovely, with plenty of seating. We appreciated the hotel-style bathroom amenities, and the fully stocked kitchen supplies. The location was very convenient to Tampa attractions - we walked to Busch Gardens! The owner was very responsive to our questions and we enjoyed our week long stay!

Above and Beyond property

This house fit our family and was fully stocked. Things we forget she had covered for us with the baby. This place was amazing for our family of 7! When we come back we would stay here again. Street was quiet at night and during the day. Close to stores and food places. Very welcoming and friendly!

Thanksgiving Week at Terrace Park FL House

Sheryl was a considerate host who provided a clean, well-furnished home with lots of good amenities. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the spacious dining area allowed our large group to eat family meals together. The open concept was very helpful for our family members with mobility issues. Loved our stay and look forward to making more memories there in 2023.

A Pleasant Stay

I was skeptical about being a guest in a stranger's home, but Sheryl made it inviting and easy to do so. She was responsive when I asked questions and provided helpful assistance. Her home was in a nice neighborhood, and it was clean and lovely. The provided pictures are accurate. The beds and pillows were made for comfortable sleeping, which was a huge plus. She provided extras, which was a pleasant surprise. Sheryl was kind enough to have cold water waiting in the fridge upon our arrival. That was a welcome sight in the Florida heat. Our stay in Sheryl's home was a pleasant one.

This is our 2nd time staying at this house for a yearly softball tournament. House is lovely, Sheryl is so sweet and accommodating. Last year our plans got derailed with a late in the season hurricane and this year we got in extra early and in both situations she made sure we were taken care of. This is definitely our spot when going Tampa. Everything is so close. We got in early and decided to check it Zoo Tampa which was just a few minutes away. Plenty of good food spots within 10 minutes or less in any direction. Will definitely stay again!

Property listed there was a gas grill and hot tub. Well it had neither!! We had brought steaks and burgers to grill on 2 nights during stay. Overall experience was a negative to start trip with listing of amenities not being correct. Will not stay at this property again!!

I have been doing for over 2 year I have never put that we had hot tub. Or grill . For you to rate it as a bad experience when I am sure it was clean and every thing else was good. Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. When you called me if you told me you wanted a grill to be brought to you i would have accommodated you. Again i am sorry you had such a bad experience because of the amenities

Close to Everything!

We were in town for a softball tournament that was at a nearby softball complex. House was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. Some of the areas/stores on the main roads looked a little sketchy but had no issues at any of the places we stopped at. So close to Busch Gardens and USF, probably 5 minutes. The host was very accommodating for our check in. Due to a hurricane, our flights were cancelled and changed to a late night flight and she was helpful when I called and responded to my questions.
