Nestled in Tampa, this delightful house offers 3 bedrooms - 2 beds room has 1 queen bed each and the other room has 2 full size beds. Also have 1 full size airbed with air pump for extra guests. The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet, bathtub, and even a jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, 50” flat screen TV in each room and a washing machine with dryer. Great restaurants and shopping centers within 2 miles. We are 20 minutes to Tampa airport and buccaneers stadium, 13 minutes to Busch garden, 12 minutes to USF and 35 minutes to Clearwater beach. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Wonderful place! Furnished and decorated with nice furniture. Extremely comfortable beds! The bottle of wine left for us was a nice surprise. Laundry area was easy to use. Nice backyard space as well. Enjoyed our stay here while visiting for a family celebration in the area. A few things missing were hangers to use to hang your clothes (only two hangers between the three rooms), mixing/serving bowls in the kitchen, and maybe add a few more pots/pans and baking sheets. Had to get creative when making dinner for my family our first night. Overall, would definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

The house was everything they described it to be. It was confortable and very modern. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is because the heater was not working properly. We contacted the host and they responded, however it was nothing they could do until the next day and we were leaving out early. I would recommend their home to others traveling to Tampa!!

Our host (Henry) was very responsive in communicating with us before, during & after our stay.Home felt like we were “at home”. Very clean & comfortable home.Some items didn’t work (light bulbs, tv remotes), but we worked around it. Suggest to have space light bulbs & batteries.Water temperature in showers were hit & miss, and watt pressure was low.All in all, a good stay. I would stay again when we visit Tampa again.

This place was wonderful, close by my elderly parents and local family. It was clean, beds were comfy. Everything worked. The washer and dryer came in handy. All necessary appliances. It was a wonderful stay.

This house is absolutely amazing. The photos don’t do it justice at all. Our favorite part was the back yard area. We will definitely come back.

Peaceful Upscale Paradise

I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful, upscale paradise. The location was perfect for my work needs—convenient and well-situated. While it’s not very walkable if you’re on vacation and hoping to explore on foot, the serene setting more than makes up for it.The house itself is beautifully renovated and extremely clean, with a fresh, modern feel throughout. It felt like a true retreat. The only downside was that the kitchen lacked a few basics for cooking at home, which would’ve been nice for longer stays.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely stay again. It’s a quiet, stylish escape that worked perfectly for my needs.

We were in Tampa to celebrate my daughter and her deployment. This home was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed. The host was responsive and patient in answering my questions. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Gem of a House

I almost don't want to post this because I want to be able to have this gem available every time I am in Tampa, but I wanted to help those who are as picky as I am! This place was immaculate. Everything was super clean and convenient to everything. Loved this stay and I am planning on booking here when I'm in town, which is often.

Convenient and comfortable stay

We stayed at this property for the convenient location to the Florida State Fairgrounds. The check in process was easy with no issues. The neighborhood was a bit tightly packed but no disturbing neighbors. The house was generally clean, which was great. HOWEVER, the floors were disgusting! My 2yo kept kicking off her inside shoes and walking barefeet. Within the span of 2 runs around the living room, the bottom of her feet were black. There was no evidence it was not cleaned except that. Seems like whoever cleaned swept but did not mop the floors. I was not a fan of that. If you have no kids wanting to run around barefeet, then you're fine to stay here!
