Brand new beds, furniture and TVs. And we just painted the entire condo.

Our Horizon Townhouse is a ground floor unit so parking is super convenient with no long elevator lines and the parking just steps away form unit. The townhouse is wonderfully located just steps from the pools, hot tub, shuffle board courts, tennis courts, putt putt course and workout facility. And we are just a couple short blocks from the world's most beautiful beaches.

The townhouse comes with tiled floor in the living room with a large nautical area rug and plenty of plush seating facing a large flat-screen TV with Roku for your streaming entertainment. There's a dining table with seating for four and a beach cart under the stairs for guest to use for the short walk to the beach.

Our fully stocked all white kitchen cabinets and appliances with mirrored backslash sits off the living room. The kitchen comes with Keurig, cooking & eating utensils, cooking pots & pans, plates & bowls, and glasses & cups... It's basically ready to take on your families favorite meals.
Our Master bedroom has a king bed with two nightstands, two lamps, two dressers, and a large flat-screen TV atop a dresser.
Upstairs we have our guest bedroom equipped with gray carpeting, two queen beds, a nightstand, and a lamp between them; a large flat-screen TV sits atop a small dressed facing the beds.
We have an outside shower and a small seating area with table and umbrella all in a private, fenced-in patio.

Horizon South is located 12 miles from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.  We are just a 15-minute drive to Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach.
The community is located 2.5 miles from Pier Park which features shopping, dining, and entertainment. Also close by are Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park.  Area attractions Wonderworks, St. Andrews State Park, Gulf World Marine Park are all within easy driving range.  Championship golf courses are just moments away.
Panama City Beach Activities: Biking, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Water skiing, Boating, Surfing, Parasailing, and shelling. Panama City Beach, FL is packed full of excitement, adventure, and delicious dining.

My family had a great stay here. We had a slight issue with water upon arrival, but it was quickly taken care of. We enjoyed the pools on-site when we weren't in the mood to walk to the beach. Communication was clear and easy!

Awesome visit

This property was in the right area for the pool with kids. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the room. Set up very well and had plenty of space for our party of people.

Clean & conveniently located!

We LOVED this place! It couldn’t have been more clean upon arrival. Check-in was super easy. There are 3 super nice pools within less than a minute walk (essentially right out the back door). With a teenager & 2 younger children, the washer & dryer was incredibly convenient. Resort is within super close driving distance of everything you might need. Would absolutely stay here again!

We have been staying at horizon south for more than a decade and it’s the best place to choose condos from to have your best beach stay! The location is perfect, the beach is right across the property and there are so many amazing wonderful amenities to use at Horizon South and all shopping locations is all around as well especially Pier Park! This is one of the best condos/units we always choose to stay at, honestly it’s really hard to choose a unit/condo at Horizon South because all are truly wonderful units/condos but this unit/condo is truly exceptional and our preferred unit/condo to stay at. The condo/unit is exceptionally perfectly clean and organized and it’s decor is beautiful and the condo/unit has everything you need inside and out, it’s the BEST! The rental company is the BEST too, it’s quick and super easy to book with all security measures and the communication is the best from start to finish! We can’t wait to go back over and over again!

The Best!

For all of you viewing this beautiful property and considering to reserve and rent it you have too, it is a must, it is truly the best property, everything is as stated in the description by the wonderful owners. The location is the best, with so many amenities and the security at the property is the best there is always security monitoring the entire property and the style and beautiful decor inside and out is breathtaking and cleanliness is the best and the entire place is just so beautiful and wonderful you will not be disappointed this place is simply THE BEST and we are planning to stay there each time we go back to Panama City Beach! :)

Love the Condo, Won’t Use 4Star Again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time renting the same condo from 4Star- we love the location! Unfortunately, we won’t be back. Construction caused water shut offs on two separate days. There’s no fault to 4Star on this, but the way they handled it does not inspire confidence. They were unaware, had the wrong contact info for the resort and kept saying they couldn’t get ahold of office, and never followed up with us to ensure the water was back on either day (nor did they apologize or even seem to care much that we had no bathrooms for 12 hours). I was able to get ahold of the resort directly and they were much more helpful. When 4Star asked me for the correct resort phone number, they never thanked me or acknowledged that they received it after I replied. Just a really poor experience that made it clear we couldn’t rely on them if we ever had a bigger problem, sadly.

We make every effort to relay information from the resorts to our guests promptly as we receive it. However, if we do not receive updates from the resort, we are unable to pass that information along. As an offsite management company overseeing 120 condos across 31 different resorts, we rely on the resorts to communicate important information to us. The phone number we have on file is the same as the one you provided; however, despite our efforts to contact them, we received no new updates to share. We are glad that you were able to reach someone at the resort directly who could provide more current information. Given your history of staying in this same condo through Four Star Condo Service for multiple years, it is unfortunate that you are basing your review on circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and wish you the very best in your future travels.

We came in for the festival at frank brown park ,which ended up being in the perfect spot (alittle walk but easy access). Enjoyed the beach access as well. Was enough space for 5. The condo had everything we needed plus more! Pete made sure to answer all my questions being tho we was coming 10 hours away, super helpful! We are already planning our next visit

The cart that was in the unit was very useful for hauling along all our stuff to the beach (when we walked). And yes - the beach is walkable distance. There is no dishwasher in this unit, although dishwasher detergent packs were available on the counter, which was confusing. A map of the unit location would have been useful ahead of time. It would have made the check-in a lot smoother.

Great place to stay.

Did have problems with door code. Security was not very helpful. I was tired it was late and it was hard to get in touch with a representative system was running slow had me waiting for awhile. The place was nice and clean I was satisfied with the stay.
