Kick back and relax in this private beach oasis featuring 2 private villas each with 2 bedrooms 1 bath your own private backyard retreat. Each villa has a large open space layout, a 75" flat screen in the family room, a full kitchen, dinette and three-piece bathroom. The villas include ultra-fast 1Gb download speeds and Alexa smart home devices. The Backyard includes a massive pool & Beach, shower, Fire Pit, multiple seating areas, BBQ, outdoor dining area and private mini putt

This is a quiet Beach neighborhood where you can safely walk to the beach close by restaurants, take a bike ride to explore the area or even take the Beach trolley to travel all around in style and air-conditioning. The property includes a private back yard with a fire pit and a side patio with a table and chairs. The Pool is a 30' pool with a 5' beach area and is heated or chilled depending on the time of the year. the pool will remain at the industry standard of 80 to 85 degrees unless you would like it warmer or cooler. **please contact in advance for temp changes as there may be an additional cost incurred.**
This is a unique property where you can rent the entire house consisting of two full units. This way your group can all be together.
Drawing inspiration from a 1970's coastal California surf vibe, The Malibu & Laguna suites have a relaxing and inviting theme designed with pure luxury in mind. You have two of your own private 900 square foot villa with all the luxury amenities. including premium beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cooler and beach towels, all within a short peaceful walk to Cocoa Beach.
The below descriptions are for each of the villas.
PRIMARY BEDROOM
The large primary bedroom offers a king bed with luxury linens, two plush bathrobes, a 46' HD TV, luggage area and a premium memory foam mattress.
BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom offers two high-quality twin memory foam mattresses with luxury linens. The room is tastefully decorated and is conveniently located right next to a bathroom. A spare cot is in the closet and will be available to guests who have purchased the additional guest fee. if you need the additional cot please notify us and we can unlock for your stay.
LIVING ROOM
The well-decorated main living room is a great place to relax, and watch shows on the 75â Samsung HDTV, or listen to music using an Alexa device. It shares the open living quarters with the dining room and kitchen, allowing for easy socializing with friends and family.
DINING ROOM
The dining table seats 4 adults comfortably.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped, and each item was thoughtfully chosen for the space. From the gold silverware, Starbucks coffee mugs to the fully equipped coffee bar and a single cup Keurig. Wine glasses and beach-friendly wine tumblers are also available.
BATHROOM
The home has one large full bathroom. The Malibu features a tub shower combo with a three-piece shower system including a rain fall shower head.
LAUNDRY ROOM & CLEANING SUPPLIES
The full-size washer and dryer is located in the second bedroom and available for your use throughout your stay. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies & equipment are also available to help you tidy up and keep the house as clean & sanitized as youâd like during your stay.
WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT
The house is equipped with a 3 base high-speed mesh network featuring an ultra-fast 1GB speed for your work, distance learning, and entertainment needs. The home also has three smart TVs ready to stream your favorite programs. Premium streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, HBO Max, Samsung TV and ESPN plus are all installed on the devices.
BACKYARD
The backyard is complete with pool, large patio with four sun loungers, outdoor shower, fire pit and seating area, putting green and BBQ and outdoor dining space.
BEACH GEAR/OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
The house is located only 3.5 blocks from the beach, so we are happy to provide guests with all their beach needs, Including: beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and a cooler.
PARKING
4 spaces are available in our driveway, with additional street parking available on the street as long as the guests do not park in front of mailboxes and are more than 50% on the grass.

-Kennedy Space Center is a 20 min Drive
-Port Canaveral is a 5 Minute Drive
-Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to Orlando

-Orlando International Airport is a 40 Minute Drive
-Melbourne Airport is a 35 Minute Drive
FAQs
Early check-in or late check-outs?
This is a large home, and the cleaning and sanitation process is extensive. If possible, early check-ins and late checkouts would need to be organized 24 hours in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $15 per hour.
If the cleaning team arrives and the guest has not departed delaying cleaning, a $50 service charge will be applied to your closing cost.
Can we have additional friends/family come over during the day?
Guests are welcome to visit you during your stay with a maximum of 8 people on the premise at any given time. Only the original booking guests are permitted to spend the night. Quiet Hours are from 10 pm â 7 am.
How many consumable supplies do you provide?
We supply 4 laundry tabs, 4 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 large paper towel roll, 4 trash bags, 8 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap in each washroom. Any additional supplies you may need will be your responsibility to purchase.
**In order to lessen our impact on the environment all our amenity bottles are refillable. PLEASE DO NOT discard any empty bottles as a $12.00 per bottle replacement fee will be applied.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND
âą This includes cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, cannabis, etc.
âą Throughout the entire property â indoor & outdoor areas, garage, and driveway.
2. Kick off your shoes and stay awhile
3. NO PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS without prior approval from Host. Different rates apply.

If a violation is reported against any of the rules below, guests:

âą may be asked to vacate the premises without refund for the remaining days of the scheduled stay

âąMaximum 8 people allowed during the day. Only 8 people max are allowed during Quiet Hours. The host must be informed ahead of time.
6. QUIET HOURS are 10 pm â 8 am
7. Garbage collection days are Tuesday and Friday and we kindly ask that if you are there on either of these days you take the garbage bins to the end of the driveway and back once collected.
8. Please note, there are security cameras on the outside of the house for safety, owners' personal belongings and Amazon Key Delivery.
9. NO Glass or Ceramics in the back yard to prevent accidents around the pool.
You are a short 5 minute walk to the beach, you can rent a bike to explore further or even ride the Cocoa Beach Trolley to get around the area.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, which includes a photo ID upload, and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Costs incurred if house rules are breached:
Pet Fee - If it's determined that a pet was brought into the property there will be a $500 pet sanitization fee charged
Smoking Fee - if it's determined that someone was smoking cigarettes, vaping or smoking cannabis in the property there will be a $500 odor removal fee charged.
Late checkout - If the cleaning team arrives at the property and the guest has not vacated the property; there will be a $25 per half hour fee charged.
Property Maintenance:
Pool Cleaning - Maintenance occurs twice a week around 11 am so please don't be startled if you notice someone in the back yard.
Landscaping - Maintenance occurs twice a month where the weeds will be pulled, trees will be trimmed back, and the leaves and debris will be removed.
**Please do not prevent either of these services from being completed in order to maintain our high level of quality for our guests. **
