Nous vous rembourserons votre location si nous relouons le condo pour vos dates, moins 100 $. 00 frais d'administration.

Situé dans la célÚbre belle plage de cacao, en Floride. Notre condo de vacances est niché sur le front de mer. Nous offrons, une unité Attrayante TrÚs propre pour votre séjour. Les taux varient de 699 $. 00 à 1499 $. 00 par semaine plus les taxes et le nettoyage. Le complexe de condominiums, vous aurez un accÚs direct à la plage avec beaucoup de sable blanc et d'eau chaude pour la natation, bain de soleil, surf, Wake Boarding, et bien plus encore.

Orlando est à environ une heure si vous souhaitez visiter les attractions du parc à thÚme, notamment: Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Sea World et MGM Studios. L'aéroport est à moins d'une heure de route le rendant facile à attraper votre vol. Kennedy Space Center et Cap Canaveral sont à quelques minutes. Vous trouverez beaucoup de choses à faire dans ce monde célÚbre zone balnéaire.

Access to the building and room were easy. Very inviting home and clean. The beach equipment was great and in amazing condition-has four high end beach chairs, two large umbrellas, kid sand toys, toys for older kids and adults, beach bags, and coolers. Honestly had everything we needed. Great stay and plan on staying again when we go back down!

USSSA All American Games Softball Trip

We came into town for a softball tournament in Viera at the USSSA Space Coast Complex. We wanted to stay on the beach so we chose this condo. It was just perfect for our needs and the owner was VERY responsive to any requests or questions that I had. It is in a great location with access to a pool and the beach. The unit is very well stocked with everything you could need for a great vacation!

Very nice. Everything that was needed for us was there (including beach chairs!). And we didn't have to by laundry or dishwasher detergent. Very convenient all around. And a nice pool for those days you don't want to swim in the ocean.

Very Beachy cute inside

This condo is super beachy cute on the inside. When we first arrived, we were skeptical, but once we got into the room, it was everything we expected. Very clean. Well kept. Beachy vibe throughout. The 6th floor was a little scary walking outside on the balcony to our room. I wasn’t expecting that for some reason. The pool was nice. Beach access was great.

A++ Delight for the Family!!!

This was a wonderful place for my 2 adult, 3 kid family. Bathrooms: Clean, beautiful, vented. Both BRs = great. Bedroom for kids: 2 queen beds. Space for my 2 youngest to share, while the older got a bed to himself. Could have slept on the comfy couches in the living room or the blow up air matress. Master Bedroom suite: King-sized bed, door to close off the suite, lovely modern bath. Plenty of wardrobe and closet space. Kitchen: lovely granite tops, great stove, ice-maker in the freezer. Large pantry with a collection of essential spices. A keurig, a regular coffee maker, toaster & microwave, too. Plenty of dishes, pots, and pans: never needed for anything. Made most of our meals in the suite, and ate out on the lovely balcony. Balcony: good size, 2 tables - a tall and a normal height. normal sized seats four easily, five with some dedication. We had that dedication. Great side view of the ocean. Did my Bible reading in the morning out there, as did my wife: the breeze was lovely, and the sun does not shine directly in, at least in late May, early June. Living room: clean, bright, comfortable. Cable TV on this and the master bedroom; the kids BR has a smart TV and internet. 2 reclining couches, & a papasan. Inside dining table easily seats 6. 4 tall chairs for the counter. Short (5-min) walk to gated, lovely, clean beach. Close to everything: watched a night launch from the beach. Lots of restaurants & grocery stores near. Construction: not an issue. Rent this place!!

Great condo

The property has one of the condo exceeded our expectations. We looked at a lot of VR Ovi’s that were smaller, but more expensive. This condo was huge view off the balcony, great location we went to Disney World, Universal Orlando and Kennedy space Center and the drive from the condo was just the right location for all the activities we did, and the location for Port Canaveral on the cruise ship terminal was excellent
