Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, just 10 minutes from Indiana beach amusement park. Sleeps 6 comfortably and 7 max.Living room & 1 game room with air hockey and an arcade style video game with over 3000 games. Fully furnished kitchen and an outdoor grill and picnic area. Main bedroom has master bath Towels, beach towels, and extra pillows are provided. Like the rest of Monticello we are on well water and it will have a smell and the water is not for drinking.

Our first impression was pulling up to find the house directly across the street was covered in trash and car parts. A truck on cinder blocks another with the hood open. Abandoned vehicles on the side of the house. Our initial perception was difficult to overcome. We walked into our rental to a very unpleasant musty smell. On a positive note the carpet was new. There was an air hockey table and really fun arcade system. The furniture was clean but in very poor condition. One of the sofas had a piece of plywood holding up the seat cushions. All of the countertops had been painted. There was no hot water at the kitchen sink, or in the master bedroom shower. Another positive: appliances were all new as were the towels. The air did not regulate well some rooms were freezing others very warm. More pillows are needed on the beds. Two pillows on a queen size bed is not adequate. There was a sour sponge left in the kitchen we discarded that a bought a new package. Downtown Monticello was very quaint and charming the owners suggested pizza place was on point!

Ive been coming down to Indiana beach since 2004 and I get to know the area more and more each year. I like to come into town and visit Indiana beach or go out on the water with my family for the day. I hope my place helps others create memories with their family as I have. I manage about 2 dozen rental properties of my own daily. My family and I live in Porter County Indiana and visit frequently.

We like the quietness of the area and the space to not have to have everyone on top of each other like many of the other places in the area. We travel a lot and like to know our guests will be comfortable and in a good clean place away from the busy downtown area, but close enough to visit all the amenities the area has to offer.

We love to grill and hangout, and this property gives our guests the chance to do the same. The game room also keep the kids busy while the adults can have their own time and space.
