Great location! Steps to the sand and beach. A/C works great. I would stay here again.It would be nice if the east bedroom window had drapes or black out curtains, the sunrise is early and very bright!Great place and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to it all down the broad walk.

Location and amenities were exactly as described! Unbeatable beach access: you can be there from your bed in less than a minute. Everything we needed including umbrella and towels was provided. The place was clean and everything worked. The only thing to be aware of is that the second bed is a futon, but they provided an extra pad for it and my friend reported it was quite comfortable.

Check-in and out were very easy. Right on the beach with easy access. We used Uber but parking is 2 short blocks away. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent views from Condo! A pleasure to meet owner who surprised us with treats Have multiple times stayed on Galt Ocean Drive: this Hollywood location was a more relaxed atmosphere and very enjoyable. The Broadwalk was nice!

Hello Beth, It was very surprise to get your stars - 4 stars - only. I, gave you 5, and accepted all your messages, also when you had a problems with the rmote controls - I sent my friend, and fixed the problem, by explain that actually: those was the right remote controls, and the only ones, to operate the 3 tv’s. After all, I gave you a wonderful apartment, with all equipt, even beach’s chairs and umbrella, All my visitors thout that my apartment is 5 stars. They was appriciated all it had. Tv’s with all the cable chanels, all kitchen, all bed’s whits, all towels, everything. It may be some reason you didn’t like some things, maybe? I, took all your messages, even I traveled over seas - due my job - and I found the way to fix it. Maybe you can think again, and fix your rating? If you are regular renting out from VRBO, you will probably appreciate the different. Kindly yours, Ziva

Perfect location!

This property exceed our expectations! The northern end of Hollywood near the state park is a quiet, hidden gem. Great location, walking distance to great restaurants and the beach front access was amazing! Ziva was great and answered all questions quickly. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Weekend Getaway

A very cute property! Right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Being close to the boardwalk made it easy to get to shops and restaurants. Host was kind and accommodating.

Gorgeous views from bedroom

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. It has everything you need in the condo for the beach. We loved it so much that we booked it for two weeks this summer!

My 5th or 6th time. Wonderful as usual

My yearly trip to Hollywood Beach and stay at Zivas place went great as usual. Great location and friendly neighbors. Beach is just across the boardwalk and big windows are great for watching occasional thunderstorms over the ocean.

Perfect location!

This cute place was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we were looking for--beach/ocean front, kitchen for making our own meals, and restaurants/entertainment within walking distance. The place was clean and the owners were responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again soon!

Well stocked!

The condo had everything our family needed for an enjoyable week at the beach. Great views and excellent location on the quiet north end of the broadwalk. Beach was never crowded.

I loved being ocean front, I just relaxed in bed reading and looking at the ocean! Just what I wanted. The only suggestion would be black out curtains in the bedroom.

It’s all about the views

Absolutely perfect location, everything you could possibly need was in the condo. We especially loved that it’s on the boardwalk/beach but a little ways away from all the noise of restaurants and bars. Everything was walking distance though, so it was perfect for us. We look forward to visiting again

Tropical paradise that feels private and luxurious

Absolutely everything we could’ve ever asked for! The apartment was clean and the location was right on the beach! This beach is very low-key, quiet, very old Florida feeling, and it gives you all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment you could ask for without all the crowds.

Great Location

Everything went smoothly! We were located on the beach and our bedroom view was the Ocean, it was perfect! We were further down from the "Main" attractions on the Broadwalk than we had originally realized, but still within walking distance and just got extra steps in! We LOVED being across from the Beach and she had everything we could ever need to enjoy the Sun & Sand. We will definitely be back, thank you!
