Welcome to our spacious vacation home in beautiful Nokomis, Florida! Nestled between Sarasota and Venice, our home offers ample room for your entire group to relax and unwind. With six beaches within a 20-minute drive, including Nokomis Beach and North Jetty just 7 minutes away, you'll have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun, go fishing, boating, or explore the surrounding areas.

Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, our recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasts nearly 2100 sq ft of open floor plan living space. Enjoy the many extras included in the home, such as a large covered and screened lanai, a fully fenced private backyard, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for your group.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a plush 10" foam mattress, a 46" smart TV, and a dedicated office table for catching up on work. The master bathroom offers an oversized, fully-tiled shower, two separate vanities, and a large walk-in closet stocked with amenities.

Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen bed in bedroom #1, a queen bed in bedroom #3, a pull-out couch in the flex room/family room, a large couch in the living room, and two inflatable mattresses with an automatic air pump.

We also offer amenities such as baby cribs, adult sleeping cots, and a wheelchair ramp upon request. Plus, our location is convenient to local restaurants and stores, with Nokomis Beach and North Jetty just a short drive away.

We welcome furry family members, with a pet fee of $100 for the entire stay. Please let us know your dog's breed before booking, and remember to keep pets off beds and couches and clean up after them in the large private backyard.

With free on-site parking for up to 6 cars, you'll have plenty of space to park without worrying about street parking. Please note, we do not permit parties or events without prior arrangement.
