Adventure awaits at this rare waterfront condo with 3 bedrooms. Fully renovated including luxury furnishings and linens. Boat slip included with rental. Sleeps 8 people. Breathtaking sunsets and high rise views for miles at the main channel of Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs National Park off of 7 South. The waterfront property is in a quiet community with gated access. As soon as you step in the front door, the multiple oversized windows will draw you to the lake view. It feels like living in a fish bowl. There are 2 covered balconies that are the perfect birds-eye view for boat watching and holiday fireworks. Also, don’t miss the spectacular sunsets each night.

Equipped for 8 guests. Sleeping accommodations include one master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding glass door to a balcony with panoramic lake views. First guest bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony with big lake views. The 2nd guest bedroom includes a queen bed and custom built-in twin xl bunks. Sleep soundly with new, cooling gel memory foam mattresses and luxurious bedding and linens. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen including all new appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, etc. No outdoor grill on the balconies, but there is a charcoal grill located at the clubhouse next to the pool. If you prefer eating out, there are many restaurant options minutes away.

One reserved parking spot available. Other vehicles may park in guest designated areas. Keyless entry. With over 1,700 sq ft, there is plenty of room in one level for everyone to spread out. All new furnishings, full size washer & dryer, complimentary WiFi, 3 smart TV’s so you can log into your streaming services. Guests can enjoy water activities such as renting a boat or bring your own. Kayak rentals available nearby. Fish from the boat dock platform. Take a dip in the community pool or soak in the hot tub. Beach towels provided. Also, tennis court and sauna on the property. Book your get-away now!

The property is centrally located on the lake with a waterfront view that is spectacular. Inside has been recently updated and absolutely beautiful! The hosts take extra steps to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, as well as being extremely accessible. We will definitely return and highly recommended to anyone who has not visited before.

Golf course getaway

Lovely house on Mirimichi golf course. Great deck that overlooks the number 12 fairway. Well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely book here again.

Great location to gather and be together, relaxing and home-like atmosphere. Everything we needed was convenient and there. We rented a pontoon boat and the captain, he picked us up at the condo's boat slip--amazing day-and all so easy!!!

This unit has been completely remodeled. Built to accommodate 3 couples or a family of five. View is right on the lake...right in the heart of all the action of Lake Hamilton! We loved it!

This condo is a comfortable home away from home ,not enough words to describe this great place. All the little extras was wonderful gorgeous view of Lake Hamilton we enjoyed immensely our week here would highly recommend for anyone you will enjoy.

This is Susan! I grew up in North Little Rock, Arkansas but spent many summers in Hot Springs out on the lake. Gordon and I met in college at the University of Central Arkansas. We have enjoyed spending time in Hot Springs and decided to purchase a home here to use and enjoy. We have 3 sons (Triple, Mahlon, and Cobb), and 3 crazy dogs!
We hope that you will come and experience all the Hot Springs has to offer. There is really something for everyone!

Why Stay Here?

This is a 3-bedroom condominium right in the heart of the very popular Hwy 7 south area. This beautiful unit is FULLY remodeled with waterfront views and access to its own boat slip. The views are absolutely amazing! There is a pool and hot tub just steps from the door. Oaklawn Park Casino and Downtown are just a short drive down Central Avenue. This property is very close to restaurants and shopping too.
