Clean, Bright and Great Location

We will stay here again. It's close to all the things we wanted to do while in the Bay. The owners are extremely attentive. The house is neat and tidy with all the comforts of a well-appointed home.

Wonderfully relaxing

Very clean and quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and lovely. We had all of the amenities, space, quietness and privacy of home. Our host was very quick to reply to any and all questions that we had about the area and the neighborhood. Our dog even enjoyed the stay without showing nervousness. Traversing the area was very easy and non stressful. The local people were an absolute delight and the restaurants do not disappoint.We spent several days on the beach and enjoyed every single day of our trip.

Bday lunch at Captain Hiram's. Swordfish sandwiches and cold beer

Summit diner was our favorite breakfast stop.

Wonderful, until.....

This property is exactly as advertised. We own land in the area and wanted to check out the neighborhood. It was great until we got home to an email about a "damage claim" because we opted for the damage insurance. There was no damage done by us and this claim made in my name ruined the vacation for me.

Pleased that unit was as pictured. Needs a little more tlc. Spider webs on top of lamp shade. Other than that, had everything we needed, appreciated tvs in each room and washer and dryer. I was worried because I have heard of many scams where people who claim to own the unit do not.

Loved it!

We were in town for a short stay. The owners of this property made our experience easy. The house and property were lovely, and since we have family in the area, we would definitely stay here again!
