30-Night Minimum Rental
Modern and uncluttered, this upstairs two bedroom/two bathroom makes spending your winter easy. With the general necessities of any rental, you have a blank canvas to bring what you require to make your month or months in the desert personal. Ample natural light can fill the space to bring the warm desert sun in and at 1112 sq. ft this unit does NOT feel cramped.
With an open floor plan nestled in the middle of the La Palme complex, this 2BD condo is clean and simple. The larger of the two bedrooms offers you an en-suite bathroom while there is a hallway bathroom for your other guests. It feels private and tucked away from all other residents. Convenient EV Charging is available within the community at a nominal fee - no fighting over the few chargers in the City.
Unit 20 is located between TWO pool & hot tub choices right out the front door. The La Palme complex also offers you THREE tennis courts to practice while you gear up for the BNP Paribas Tournament.
Excellent location including: across the El Cielo street from the PSP airport, food and conveniences; 1.5 miles west on Ramon will take you to downtown PSP, east on Ramon takes you to cities in the Coachella Valley. Ideal rental for remote workers, contract workers, traveling nurses, and 30-90 day vacationers.
Please note that the condo is situated near a medium-sized road, and while the community offers a peaceful atmosphere, light sleepers may experience some traffic noise. White noise machines are available upon request to ensure a comfortable stay.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs onlyâno other animals are permitted at our homes.
There is a $199/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. To clarify, cats are not allowed.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

âą There is NO MAILBOX access at this property
âą No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
âą 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
âą No smoking inside or ANYWHERE in the community
âą Renter must be 25+
âą Guests will still be required to stop by the Ryson offices to obtain a gate fob in order to enter the community.
âą Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
