THINGS TO KNOW:

-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80 per night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
-1 dog is welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.
-Parking notes: You'll find parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles (1 under the carport and 1 in the driveway).

30+ DAY RENTAL STIPULATIONS
When booking for 30+ nights:
1) Your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
2) Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
3) There will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
4) One mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
5) Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $155 + tax/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $155 + tax/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.
