Garden District home located a couple blocks from Historic City Park Golf Course, half a mile to Government Street`s cool vibes lined with restaurants and bars, half a mile to `The Overpass` where you`ll find 15+ restaurants and bars all walkable, 3 miles to LSU, 3 miles to Downtown and 3 feet to our peaceful back yard that is fully shaded by a canopy of trees.

Excellent Stay

We had an amazing experience here! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless from start to finish. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. All the amenities were top-notch, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay and would definitely book again!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, clean well appointed property. Plenty of room for teenage son to stretch out and prepare for baseball tournament at LSU. Very close to stadium and attractions on campus, easy access to highway for games were further afield! Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, linens all first class, plus washer and dryer to take care of uniforms! Beautiful deck and backyard! Communication with host very efficient. Loved it and looking forward to next stay!

Graduation stay

We had a wonderful stay when we came for our sons graduation from LSU. It was a wonderful weekend. The location was perfect for getting to the event and we have family in town so it was close to them also. The hosts were more than accommodating and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrivwd late on the first night. I definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a roomy and comfortable stay in Baton Rouge.

Quick weekend stay

We had a lovely time staying at this property. Easy parking for two cars, super comfy beds, beautiful outside spaces and porch swing.One bedroom/bathroom is in the basement so it provides nice privacy from the upstairs rooms. There was even a high chair and a few touches for little kids.Not much that was walking distance but quick drive to some fun spots to eat. We joked that we were 7 minutes away from anywhere in Baton Rouge.I will definitely search for this property first if I'm ever inthe area again!

Wonderful All Around

Loved the property. It was comfortable, quiet, clean and full of great light. It was close to many great choices for food and the walk ability was fantastic!! Communication with the owner was efficient, fast and friendly. I would highly recommend this stay.

LSU UCLA Game

The location, condition and amenities of the house were perfect. The owner communication was really great. We played a bunch of golf at the U Club, went to the LSU game and went to several BR restaurants and it was so convenient to all. The backyard is exceptionally nice.

Awesome house and location

The house was perfect for a week-long youth baseball tournament in Baton Rouge! Fit 4 kids and 4 adults perfectly. house was clean, owner was awesome. would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Excellent!!

This is an excellent place to stay! The property owners/managers were very fast to respond and gave us extra treatment during our stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in BR. I would love it if you guys put in a small pool in the back (I know it’s expensive, but just would make the house even more amazing). Thanks so much!! May stay here again in the near future :)

LSU Graduation

Was in town for our son's graduation from LSU. Hard to believe the last 4 years went so fast. House accommodations worked out perfectly for us and Ken was very helpful with local knowledge as we looked to plan our trip. Will definitely look to rebook should our travels take us back to Baton Rouge. Geaux Tigers!

We're Ken, Abby, Perrin, Pearce, Sully, Mac, Ella, Maddie, Charlie and Max.
Perrin and Pearce are fraternal twin boys, 16 months later our 3rd son, Sully, was born and then.... 4 years later our second set of fraternal twins were born, Mac and Ella.
Maddie is a Chocolate Labrador Retriever, Charlie is a brindle mix and Max The Cat sets the mood.
*4 boys and 1 girl within 5 years. "Yes, we know how that happens" and "Yes, we're done" lol.
We cook, clean, host, and cater almost every day of our lives at home and couldn’t think of a better way to share our passion within hosting short term rental properties.
We currently live in Baton Rouge, LA. Like it? Meh, but we're not moving just yet. Our professional careers are an important component to our lifestyle, so we're planted in BR for now. We love to travel, and before kiddos, saw a lot of the world. Traveling with 5 kids has been a challenge so we’re mainly confined to driving to our destinations for now until kiddos are a little older.
We’re a non-stop family and sometimes enjoy the chaos. When we want to relax, we dedicate time to one of our vacation homes. You should too!
