Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a slow, peaceful week in a cozy apartment just steps from the beach. Mornings started with ocean breeze and sunlight streaming through open windows. Days were spent barefoot on warm sand, swimming in the waves, or relaxing in the shade back at the apartment. Evenings brought quiet walks to the fishing dock, casting lines as the sky turned shades of gold and coral. At night, the sound of the sea filled the rooms, and rest came easy. Simple moments, shared with family, made the days feel full and timeless.

Reasonable Place to Stay Next to the Gulf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Padre Escapes provides reasonably priced condos to stay at on or next to the Gulf. This unit was very nice and convenient to get to the Gulf to walk the beaches. It was recently remodeled and comfortable. The only problem was that the guest bathroom toilet was not working properly. But the people at Padre Escapes were understanding and helpful in trying to get it fixed. Unfortunately it was a serious problem and did cause some inconvenience.

Great little place!

Great little place for our week long stay. Any issues/questions were addressed promptly. Suggest more towels and a better place to store them than in a drawer. We found some after we were packing up. LOL oh well. Great time great location friendly neighborhood.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit definitely needs some maintenance. Lights didn't work. Carpet was wrinkled. Bathroom shower drain was clogged. Dryer squealed like there was an animal dying in it. Door lock was broken. But the location and view made it better.
