Had an awesome stay! The space was perfect size for 2 females traveling together. It’s close to the beach and lots of stores. Great area to navigate around in.

This property was perfect for my family of 4. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The property was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Everything we needed was provided at the property. The only issue I had was larger bed was very firm. Also the blinds on the back door fell off the door frame the first day I was there. When I notified the owner, he contacted his maintenence man, and he contacted me directly to schedule a time for him to come make the repair, but didn’t show up at the time scheduled, then said he would be there an hour later, and finally texted me an hour and half past our appointment time saying he was outside, but he wasnt there. Then didnt respond back when i asked him what address he was at. I heard back from him the next day tryign to schedule another time to come and fix the blinds, at which point i told him that he could come make the repairs after our stay since he already wasted an hour an a half of our time the previous day. Other than that, we had a great time at this property.

Perfect for a relaxing week in the sun

This property had everything we needed! It was exactly as stated in the listing. We needed to contact the owner twice and both times, he answered the call & gave us info we needed.

3 week Bonita Springs duplex stay

Location of property was Excellent for us. Very adequate parking, space and furnishings. Pool and deck were pluses that we sought out before reserving tis unit. We had 4 sets of duplex neighbors during our stay...and all were friendly and delightful.

If everything is perfect at check-in, that’s great. But we did have several issues. The owner got on each right away! Couldn’t ask for any faster problem solving and response time, he even compensated us for inconvenience. Great owner to rent from! Well equipped place with a fantastic pool!

TrÚs bon séjour, maison trÚs confortable, au calme, trÚs propre, 2 chambres doubles, grande douche, lave vaisselle, lave et sÚche linge, parking privé devant la maison, piscine chauffée partagée avec le logement voisin, Publix à 5 min et plages Vanderbilt à 10 min.C'était parfait.

Perfect for us

We chose this place due to proximity to family who were staying in the area for the winter. We were there for Christmas where we enjoyed the pool, morning walks and everything else in the area. We enjoyed the space for our family of 4, two adults and a 9- and 6-year-old. We would highly recommend and plan on staying here for our future visits to the area.

We had just come off a 7 day cruise. We enjoyed the house very much. The pool was relaxing. It was a bit further from the beach than we anticipated but it was still a very enjoyable stay.

Second stay here and I love it so much. So clean and just about everything a person could need. Very, very nice place with beautiful patio and pool.

Very clean and updated. Comfortable beds, nice deck and pool and parking

All was wonderful except no heat in pool. They did respond and tried to fix the heat but it was the pool company that was at fault. The owner called again and the owner of pool company came this time and got it fixed.. on the morning we left 😔This was not the owners fault. We would stay again, very nice place

Very comfortable and clean.

We try to walk everywhere. It wasn’t close enough to walk to beach as we thought and I didn’t realize we would be sharing a pool. We did walk to a Muji Thai Country and Sushi restaurant. It was excellent! One of the best restaurants we had. Luckily the renters next to us in the duplex left late Sunday. We had the pool to ourselves 4 days! Beautiful pool area. All in all loved it! Very nice place.

Wonderful Duplex w pool

We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex. Everything was very clean, the pool and lanai was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you could want provided, the beds were quite comfortable. Very close to everything, beach or restaurants
