A cute 750 sq ft bungalow that sits about 7 blocks from campus. The bungalow offers a peaceful and private environment for your Notre Dame Weekend. The condo has one bedroom, a loft, and pull out couch which you can sleep up to 6 comfortably. You can enjoy 2 full bathrooms. Amenities include: kitchen, 70” flat screen TV, and ice machine, and high speed internet. This is a unique living opportunity that you will be ensure to enjoy!

Small bungalow with one bedroom that is private and a loft bed on the second floor. Tiny home living with approximately 750sq ft of living space.

We had a wonderful stay for a Notre Dame football game. It’s a safe and easy walk to Eddy Commons and Campus. Check-in was easy. Communication was great. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was included. No issues at all. Will definitely book again.

Funky layout and weird setup of stairs, closets, a half bath that doubles as an additional shower. Says it sleeps six but there was no bedding for the pullout sofa so my kids were frustrated with that. Oddly stocked - ton of nice cooking utensils and silverware but not a single plate and one tiny dirty coffee mug.

Bungalow Haven

Very spacious for 3 or a bit more people. Quaint finishes, I loved the different textures and wall features. Walking distance to ND was great. Only thing I would change is steps to 1st floor bedroom and add a clothes rack to hang dressy items. 2nd floor loft needs a anchor for the clothes rack, it fell once, so we took off the heavier items. We would definitely come back, it was nice and quiet, the ground hog family was fun to watch playing

Long weekend

Did not spend much time there as we were on campus for most of the long weekend. It was easy to find, access, and what we needed for the weekend.

Close to ND

This property is pretty close to Notre Dame, which meant we did not need a car. There are two beds in a pullout couch, which is great for a family. We cooked several meals here and found it easy to walk to South Bend as well as the Notre Dame . We found the sound of the giant ice-maker to be very loud given the size of this space, especially at night. There was also no information on how to operate the shower, which none of us could figure out and the dishwasher did not work. This inconvenience was only realized as we tried to set it up upon leaving. Three days worth of dishes to wash before the Uber got there was a mad rush. We probably would not have been worried about these features had we been told beforehand. The property management was quick to respond when we learned that the cooking vent and hood did not turn on. While it was not functional for our visit, they did respond very quickly. A welcome book describing how to use the different appliances and the shower would be very beneficial to this site. Also, I recommend not renting this facility until you have all of your appliances fixed.

One radiator in the loft doesn’t heat up the first floor with a broken radiator in the winter.

First floor bedroom has no heat source. Family room radiator did not work, (kept shutting off). Not well insulated so not suitable for winter rental. We had to rent 2 space heaters.
