The new owners have lovingly renovated this lovely home and it is absolutely adorable. Step out the door onto the wrap-around deck and gaze through the trees to the lake. Like to take a dip on a hot day? Meander down the path in the woods to the Leavitt Park Town beach on Lake Winnipesaukee or stroll down the street to the private Patrician Shores beach – you’ll have your pick of beaches!! When you’re ready to head back to the house, the outdoor heated shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand and sunscreen. Enjoy your meals at the two picnic tables on the deck while breathing in the fresh air and majestic view of the lake through the woods. The brand new Weber grill is just waiting for you to prepare some delicious meals. In the evening, unplug and reconnect around a cheery campfire while enjoying your nightly s'mores - remember, calories don't count on vacation! Inside the house, there are 4 bedrooms with brand new Saatva classic luxury firm beds and 2 newly renovated bathrooms. The high ceilings and open concept of the living area makes for a nice, open space for the family to gather. If you’d like some quiet time, head downstairs to the cozy TV room to curl up with a book or a good movie. Split A/C units in the living area and lower level TV room plus fans in all other rooms. All this and less than a 5 minute drive from either the Town of Meredith or the Town of Center Harbor!!

LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $125. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
