Newly constructed lake house (finished in Jan 2022) in one of the most sought-after beach communities on the entire lake. This amazing little lake house is designed for family fun and rest/relaxation. It has an open layout for the family, lots of sleeping space, new comfortable mattresses, room darkening shades in each bedroom (that’s right… you can actually get a good night's sleep this year on your lake vacation), Central heat/AC, internet Wifi, lake toys. Walk down the street (.3 miles) to an amazing beach (maintained/groomed by association) where the kids can swim out to the floating raft and play in the sand for days. This private lake community is 7 minute drive to Meredith Center and a 4 minute drive to Center Harbor where you can find great restaurants, shops, bars, and fun activities to do with the family (don’t forget Fun-Spot less 15 minutes away).
Although the house was designed for fun in the sun, it’s a great spot for all reasons. The lake and local hiking trails offer amazing views of the seasonal foliage. The Lake and the Town of Meredith also make it a winter wonderland; Skiing at Gunstock (16 mi drive) , ice skating on the lake, snowmobiling right from the driveway, pond hockey, ice fishing, and more.
