Spacious & fresh, pet & kid friendly, 2/2 condo w/ each room containing a smart TV and a 53” smart TV in the living room! All amenities: cookware, silverware, coffee pot & coffee, etc. A unique, old school floor plan w/ historic brick on the inside walls. Also, a dedicated office w/ chair & table available. It’s central location allows for quick access to downtown or the hospital. Everything's brand new inside! The oak trees here are to die for.

The check-in instructions are very helpful! CALL ME if you can't get in!

- No AC below 70 or unit will freeze up!
- If you see anything broken, send a picture ASAP!
- Pick up after pets! No pets on furniture! A minimum $250 fee will be charged if pet feces/damages are caused by your pet!
- No smoking inside including e-cigs! Butts in trash!
- Extra air filters in laundry room! Feel free to install a new filter if dirty!

Checkout list
- Take out trash to the dumpster in the back!
- Turn off AC, turn off lights, and shut the blinds!
- Place used linens on the floor in one pile!
- Clean dishes 🍮, coffee pot ☕, and empty the fridge!
- Place TV remotes where they can easily be found.

Comfortable and convenient

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a great experience. The location is both quiet and convenient, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. Our host was incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.Initially, I was a bit concerned about the neighborhood's appearance, but I found it to be safe and welcoming. It was nice to be able to walk dogs without any worries.The apartment itself is very relaxing. There were a couple of minor cleanliness issues, particularly with the floors, and we did encounter some broken drawers in the kitchen. However, these did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment.If you're looking for a dog-friendly place to stay that offers comfort and convenience, we highly recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable condo

The condo was cute and clean. It had everything we needed for a long weekend visiting family. Internet service was great. TVs in both rooms and the living room. The place is very spacious. We will stay here again when we come back.

The neighborhood is centrally located. It's five minutes to downtown, restaurants, bars, and the city hospital.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is quite unique. The condo is nearly 1600 sqft. It's huge! The inside is really open and a few walls on the inside are brick which is very inviting. The master bedroom has a single queen bed and has it's own secluded, double vanity bathroom; nonetheless, the other bedroom has two queen beds and has it's own double vanity, separated bathroom as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, silverware, and everything else you need for a great, home cooked meal. The dining room table is close to the kitchen to serve the guests easily or bring it right into the living room to watch the game. The living room has two full couches, a big TV, and even a Nintendo game system. There's even a string light lit patio with chairs and a table. It's a great deal for a great place.
